Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen  

Needs taxi to get to, immediate district not interesting for visitors. Really didn't like no free internet

Rooms are in need of renovation

Excellent staff who actually make effort to remember the guests' preference in the fitness centre and breakfast buffet. Great frontline counter staff too. Room was clean with generous supply of beverages. Good lap pool and fitness centre.

Outdoor pool was cold in November despite being heated. Room air con became rather stuffy without fail every night. Free wifi at public area was v slow. We had difficulty doing online check in. Quite a walk from the nearest train station with suboptimal pavement.

Very close to Futian Port, about 20mins by walk. The breakfast is very good, lots of choises.

The china spice restaurant is excellent. I'd recommend the hotel just for this. Breakfast also very good with a wider choice in the buffet than is standard and of generally high quality. Room quite comfortable, quite a soft bed for a chinese hotel. Swimming pool looked very nice, though we didn't use it as it the weather was a little cold.

15 minutes walk from Lok Ma Chau on a road which is a trifle unpleasant. The shuttle bus is only every 30 minutes. But there are plenty of cheap taxis around so this is no big deal.

Nice facilities such as the swimming pool, gym room. The chinese restaurant is good too with reasonable price. The cable tv has lots of channels to choose, good for me during rainy day outdoor. Nice staff there.

1. Shuttle bus schedule is not good, too less. 2. borrow umbellra from the counter, but it is a broken one. 3. nothing is nearby.

Amazing breakfast.

Wifi in the room available at extremely high surcharge. Otherwise free internet in the lobby with certain problems.

- No restaurant nearby - no free internet - not close to subway, have to take taxi to go there

地理位置比较好，出关取香港很方便，步行至福田口岸才10分钟

服务较一般，对于booking订房的客人，给的房间楼层位置都比较差，且不愿意换房。不象五星级的服务标- 准

對於房間不是很滿意 但櫃台人員很幫忙 可以換房 送餐的服務很好

房間設備太舊 不明亮

环境还不错。

电灯开关标识没有。电视频道模糊，五星酒店不该这样。

Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter und das doch die meisten Mitarbeiter der englischen Sprache mächtig waren und somit hilfreich sein konnten

除了地理位置比较不繁华以外，其他都蛮好的。酒店装修比较新，且干净卫生。楼下的小酒吧也不错，还有24小- 时订餐服务。

We did not get the room we booked for . We could only get room to share bed we booked twin share. We were upgraded to spg floor more expensive too small Not good

The staff, they are just not able to make things right until we call the hotel manager. The concierge is a joke he does not speak english, in shenzhen next to the border where you have some much foreigners as customers, please! Also don t know if it is booking or them bit they were not aware that I had internet in the package....

My office in China is in close proximity to the Four Points by Sheraton in Futian, Shenzhen, so it is a very convenient location. So, the location and the value for money was the factors in my hotel choice. I found the staff very good. I speak Chinese so it is easier for me to travel in China. However, I did find most of the critical staff, as well as the operator, spoke adequate English. I think the quality of the buffet is excellent. And selections off the menu; the western food really tastes like western food. Anyone who travels in China will understand what that comment means.

This is actually a compliment to the hotel, not a criticism. Due to it's value for for money, there are quite a few guests, so there are many hotel guests. Just adjust your expectations for attention, as well as your schedule (checking in and out) ahead of time, and you will be fine. The hotel decor is a bit dated and some rooms a bit worn, but this is not a huge problem considering it's value. And that comment will only bring in the decorators, causing increased cost, construction, noise and discomfort. I do wish their was better policing and appreciation and of the no smoking policy in the hotel. It seems (I have witnessed) that some of the Chinese guests who smoke don't adhere to the no smoking rules in public areas (rooms, hallways and elevators). However this is a new concept to China, so it will take some time. I understand.

the hotel building is of very good quality

I stayed here 18 months ago. The hotel operator has now removed some of the quality items from this time - it appears that they have cut back on things to save money.

Good price and well equipped

No other restaurants near the hotel. Only 1 towel provided per person in the swimming pool
