Coast of limousine
The staff at the hotel were exceptional in their friendliness, professionalism and genuine warmth. The design and aesthetics of all aspects of the hotel ad room made is a pleasure to be in, in particular the pool area.
The locatation of the hotel was slightly away from easy transport connections and could benefit from a regular hourly shuttle service from the hotel to the ferry terminal
It's hard to realize that most of 5* hotels staff didn't speak english there, but in Four Seasons it does. Fantastic design, thoughtfull service, amazing view, what else you need?
When we arrive we spend 40 minutes on check-in, it was been better to make it in our rooms, but we had a big crowd and a bit complicated logistics.
Hotel location was excellent, especially for the people who are interesting to visit Pudong area. The room view was awesome! The TV Oriental Pearl Tower night show was amazing! We have been impressed by the swimming pool area. The pool construction material was spectacular, having special pearl shell insertions in contrast with black granite and shining blue color spots! The lobby services have been very good
At executive lounge, the food was under our expectation!
Everything at this hotel was great. The staff the service and the food were excellent. It's perfectly located and the area is so so nice. I simply loved it and will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip.
Everything, the view from the rooms, from the executive lounge, from the pool, quality of the breakfast, decoration of the rooms...
Temperature of the pool should be higher
Position of hotel Staff Best Chinese Restaurant Very good Gym Cleanliness
Not much to dislike
the amazing view from our room and the swimming pool!! Breakfast was good too!
we found the quality of food in the hotel restaurants, especially the Chinese restaurant, very dissappointing. We have been to many Chinese restaurants in Shanghai and for the price that you pay, you can get a much better meal in most restaurants in the city.
Location. Views. Rooms. Pool.
Even after 4 days of business and the required Chinese food their Chinese restaurant lived up to the hype 10 fold. Book early
All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, food quality for both the restaurants and room service was excellent, room presentation and upkeep could not be faulted. Hotel was well located for my requirements. All in all a great hotel experience.
WiFi was a bit unreliable but I doubt that was to do with the hotel.
A stranger Range Rover got young teenager to the hotel and looks like they took drug or got drunk, it was happened two times that 3-5am in the morning when I was stay
We stayed in a Club King Room with Pearl Tower View. The view was exceptional. The room was very comfortable, and well designed - but felt more suited to a business traveller. Free drinks and canapés at the executive club were a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Bathroom products were poor quality, and felt very cheap. 'Free' wifi was limited to 2 devices and was speed-limited (faster access is available for 120RMB/day).
Service, location, beautiful rooms, executive club services good. Overall, excellent choice in Shanghai. Great staff, who always try to find a solution, good breakfast.
Wifi could be faster. Also, tried to charge us for wifi, which should not happen at a hotel of this class. Otherwise, no complaints.
Fantastic small Hotel. Very well designed (Minotti School). Great and super helpfull staff. attention To details. that is what makes the difference.
It is a matter of taste, but it is certainly less social in terms of local F&B guests. If you are looking for "action" it is not the right place. If you had that all go nowhere else
perfect concierge service and highest quality of hospitality
- Club King View on TV Tower and SHWFC - Excellent, absolutely excellent service, great staff. - Amazing pool and SPA. - Modern interior and tidy.
- It is a very small detail, but it would be nice to have dim light in bathroom.
Facilities, pool, location, amenities, staff very helpful and personable.
Only 2 devices could be synced for wifi, breakfast only satisfactory with music a bit too loud, information for surrounding area could be more comprehensive and up to date.
Beautiful people and nice service
The kindness, the professionalism of the personnel. The amazing swimming pool with a top view. Amazing interior architecture
There's no smoking area, you just have to go out of the hotel. Poor wi-fi. Location good but it's not near the bund and the real center of Shanghai but it's only 10 min by taxi for 5€.
Such a good hotel. Friendly staff, great rooms, and better facilities and views. I used the French restaurant on the ground floor, and also the spa for a massage, both were excellent. A really good experience overall.
Wifi would only allow two devices per room and once you had started using it on two different devices you couldn't swap one for another. Me and my girlfriend both connected our phones as we didn't know the restriction and then I was unable to use my laptop. Not the sort of thing you'd expect from A 5 star, especially at £300 a night.
Staff, facilities were very professional and excellent, would recommend this place to everyone and when next I'm in Shanghai will happily stay there again.
Interior design, friendly staff
Difficult to reach by walking
possibly the best hotel i have ever stayed in, the staff were amazing, spa is beautifully, great views from the rooms
