Good location and very nice decoration. The hotel looks very modern and quite new. The hotel is nice but has a long way to go to be a top class hotel. No concierge and when asked for a taxi we were told to go outside and look for one. Bathroom very nice but not good quality. The tap broke the first time we used it (without doing anything to it!!!) and we were asked to pay Y500 for it!! They even blocked our doors so we could not go into the room. Eventually they didn't make us pay if we kept the same room without having it mended. We were very disappointed by this incident as this has never ever happened to us before and we have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world. The bed is by the window and with -15 degrees, freezing air comes in. Only 1 bathrobe for 2 people even if we asked for an extra one. |

Best part of this hotel is the interior. The design of the rooms, bathroom, gym, reception, breakfast space,... are all nice to look at. Every evening I got a little surprise dessert in my room (I had a 'Great' room). Staff and breakfast are not up to the 5 star level! There is a small buffet breakfast and there is a menu from which you can order 1 of the 6 dishes (veggie, Western, Japanese,... breakfast). At your first arrival you need to be lucky that staff gives you the menu, because otherwise you wouldn't know. Staff at breakfast are not working organized at all; although more than enough people are walking around. I asked 3 people from staff to explain me the way to the subway: 2 gave me a wrong explanation (which is quite annoying if you find yourself in the street afterwards with no English speaking people around) and 1 person (the head of breakfast staff) simply said "I never take the subway" and went away, instead of helping me out! |

I was charmed with the hotel. The personnel is very nice and all sound facilities. It is in the best zones of Beijing. The decoration is very nice. I did not find any failure. |

Like the atmosphere, lighting and friendliness of the staff. Interior is of modern design. Breakfast is good. Gym was broken due to heavy rainfall, this was bad luck I guess. Nevertheless half of the machines could not be used. Further hammer on english lessons for the waiters (reception is excelent) |

The room was very good - soft, comfortable bed; big bathroom with expensive fittings (e.g. rain shower), free fast internet, big flat screen TV, soft carpet. a la carte breakfast may leave you a bit hungry |

L'hotel e'molto carino e confortevole,le camere sono molto grandi con un design accattivante, anche l'esterno con tutte le finestre illuminate la notte e'molto caratteristico. La posizione non e' troppo centrale,la citta' e'molto grande ma con il metro' si riesce a spostarsi bene |

tout parfait... il faut juste penser à se faire marquer l'adresse en chinois à l'aéroport avant de prendre le taxi car hotel récent et on a du téléphoner à l'hotel afin que la réception explique au chauffeur... |

Habitación muy grande y espaciosa con un buen diseño (50 metros cuadrados). Excepcionalmente silenciosa y tranquila. Cuarto de baño magnifico.Desayuno muy bueno y variado. El personal del hotel habla ingles correctamente. La Directora Asociada del hotel es de nacionalidad española. Hotel nuevo, de reciente inaguración. Relativamente cercano al metro y en un barrio muy agradable. |
