The major issue of my stay was the reception. I checked in after midnight after a tiring flight and when asked about the breakfast arrangement, the female staff looked at her computer and said it was not included my booking. I told her I had booked with breakfast, and she repeated "not included" (and I should check my booking slip). Not to be convinced, I took the next few minutes booting up my PC so as to show her the evidence. After reading the softcopy for a while, she told her male colleague and both discussed, before
reluctantly pulled out from the drawer in front of her a form which apparently showed the inclusion. She then blamed it on computer error. My point is, why can't she just check her records (so convenient, as I saw it) when a customer raised a discrepancy
Needless to say, she had gotten me more exhausted :(.
Airport pick up and drop off was fine. Just beware that after 10pm, it costs 120rmb per trip. From my experience, cabbies do not want to take the short drive.
