This time the hotel give me a room in the 12th floor, there was no Internet wi fi, and when I told the hotel that there is no Internet, they offer me Internet router for rent !! Even after I told them I was in the same hotel in the 6th floor few days before the hotel stell insist to there offere to rent me Internet router.

Everything - great bed, fantastic pillows, central location, beautiful deco. Great value for money.

Buffet - the food is the same every morning. Needs a bit of variety change.

the palm trees in the lobby stay there for long time and no real significance as a decoration , no chinese style ! would be more appropriate for a hotel in Arabia the upgrade to executive floor not worth the money 920 RMB + %15 service charge per day very expensive

Location very close to E. Nanjing Road metro station and 10 minute walk to the Bund or People's Square. Superior Double Room was very spacious, clean, well appointed and quiet. Upon check-in I was recommended an upgrade to a larger room with an exterior city view, but this really wasn't necessary for a single traveller.

Breakfast was expensive. My non-smoking room had smoke odours from the other smoking floors from the ventilation system I think

Nice large & comfortable rooms with a large well set out bathroom. Rooms were nice and quiet with no external noise. Location great for shopping, sightseeing and also good for getting around the CBD for business meetings. Highly recommend this hotel.

2nd stay here. The best hotel we have stayed in for comfort ever....and we have stayed in a few!

The cost of the breakfast is high.
