Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Free Internet (but a little bit slow). Very cold. While I am not in my room the heating does not work. I had an acomodation in the building B so I was enforced to go to have a breakfast to the building A passing cold corridors or outdoor - it is quite unconvenient. While staying my bath has not been cleaned - it was easy to see. |

reasonably close to new expo center, Jinqiao rd metro station is about 1,1 km (taxi 12 RMB), general truth is the more stars a hotel has, the better English they speak! free internet, hearty breakfast you are advised to remove something from mini bar only if you consume it, otherwise they make you pay for it, at least they try to, eventually worked out just fine |

The general standard of the hotel, rooms, cleanliness, etc. couldn't be faulted. I chose this hotel specifcially because it says there is an airport shuttle. There is not. Also the staff spoke little English, unlike other hotels of similar standard in China. |

the room is clean and big, internet is free, breakfast is nice it is little bit far from the city and you need taxi to go to the near sub-station. |

Vakker arkitektonisk, flott svømmebasseng, vakkert utformet langs elven, flott for promenering. Når man bestiller fra romservice listen, at rettene/ingrediensene er tilgjengelig,og at engelsken burde være bedre, men dette er et gjentagende problem på kinesisk administrerte hoteller. |

Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä. Kirjautuminen hotelliin ja pois kesti kuitenkin melko kauan (jonottaminen, tietojen hakeminen, selvittely, kaavakkeiden täyttö jne.). Varauksemme maksussa oli pientä häikkää - se, että olimme maksaneet varauksen luottokortilla n. 2 päivää ennen yöpymistä, ei ollut kirjautunut jostain syystä hotellin järjestelmään. Asia selvisi kuitenkin hyvin. |
