the staff arranged a very late pickup fromthe airport. 2am. we were told originally this was not possible because of the late hour but on our arrival were very pleased to see our namesign as we exited the arrivals hall. At that hour a very welcome sight indeed. |

Location, cleanliness. Just a small thing, but the guys at the breakfast buffet egg/omelette prep area were rather forgetful and unfriendly with me. |

Nice hotel located just by the park with plenty of small shops/restaurants. A 15 min walk from down town. Rooms small and narrow but very clean and fresh and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffe ok, more food dishes than traditional western buffet breakfast. a nice hotel, would stay there again. Breakfast staff very ineffecient and slow. Takes time to get your coffee and tea and always something missing but thats it, otherwise the hotel is really nice. |

The location of the hotel is fantastic - adjacent to Green Lake. The Club Lounge staff were attentive and helpful with adequate English ability. The quality of the breakfast foods was average at best. However, this is to be expected in China in all but the very best 5-star hotels. I would consider this hotel to be of 4-star standard. |

The location of the hotel was great,close to the Green Lake and and in a tree lined neighborhood , just a few minutes by taxi to downtown. The front desk staff spoke English and helped arrange our sightseeing trips. We had to ask for some basic toileteries in the bathroom. The room service\ restaurant menu items were absurdly expensive. So we just walked out to the nearby restaurants and bought dinner at a fraction of the price. For a expensive hotel,breakfast was pretty basic . |

Nice room. No tourist information at all, not even a map of Kunming was available. Staff extremly uninterested. Dirty toilets in the lobby, not once but several times. No meat or Cheese at the breakfast buffet. Lots of hidden costs. Eveything with a 15% surcharge. Staff is very bad in English. We were served beer in a can which was overdate one year. |

The Grand Park Kunming was a posh, 5-star hotel situated in the beautiful Green Lake part of the city close to upscale restaurants, shops, businesses, and universities. It was a great place to land after the transcontinental flight. The bed was very hard and stiff in the standard room. |

The hotel is in a quiet location near a park. It is close enough to the city and has restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious,clean and comfortable overall. Service at breakfast could be better. Tables are not cleared and set properly after other guests have finished. |

Friendly service staff, well-trained, attentive to our requests. Hotel staff in Beijing and Shanghai can learn a thing or two about service from your staff. Our pillows were terrible and provided no support. We woke up every day with aching necks. Please do provide a variety of music that is played over your PA system. To have to listen to the same mournful Chinese tunes continuously for the four days we were there was painful. And just because it's a hotel in China doesn't mean excluding light Western classical music. |

Die Lage direkt am Park und nahe des Stadtzentrums. Englischkenntnisse etwas schwach. Nachts wird es etwas heiss, da die Klimaanlage automatisch von 23 auf 25 Grad zurückgeregelt wird. |

Wygodny pokój, codziennie w prezencie 1,2 l wody mineralnej, wliczone w cenę pokoju korzystanie z internetu, co w sytuacji gdy mój wyjazd miał charakter naukowy było niezwykle ważne. Nie potrafię wskazać co mi się nie podobało, nie korzystałam z restauracji poza śniadaniami, gdyż ceny serwowanych dań przekraczały moje skromne możliwości finansowe. |
