Very good hotel, located close to Kunming shopping areas and 翠湖 (Green Lake). All amenities, good rooms, nice restaurants. Very helpful front desk manager - efficiently assisted us with a sightseeing program.

Location, near a park, city center, shopping around Stay there for 5 nites, room is small and old, booked lake view, saw just the roof of the building in front of my windows the room's cleaning is very bad, some papers were left on the floor after the cleaning, it means they didn't clean at all, and that for few days, only changed the towel, even the bed wasn't done somedays foods was bad , not really fresh at the 24h cafe continental breakfast ordered to the room was charged 89rmb (13usd) it was very expensive for a cup of coffee, I glass of orange juice, 2 toasts and butter will not go back there again

El personal del hotel muy amable, las habitaciones y la vista excelentes, tienen un desayuno muy completo y muy bien atendido y un snack adonde los occidentales podemos almorzar o cenar otras comidas que no sea la comida china

Che dire siamo stati veramente bene, l'Hotel si affaccia in parte sul lago con grande raggiungibile in tre minuti anche il centro è raggiungibile con facilità a piedi. Le camere sono ampie e ben arredate, il servizio ottimo.

Prima locatie aan het meer. Mooie kamers, met alles wat je maar kan wensen. Bij de receptie sprak niet iedereen redelijk Engels. Gelukkig riepen ze wel iemand erbij als ze twijfelden of ze onze vragen begrepen.

Comfortable bed, nicely furnished, good service. They did not answer their phone despite repeated tries. In China, answering your business phone is essential to provide directions to taxi driver. We were stuck at a remote city bus station for 30 minutes until we found someone who knew from our poor Chinese where to take us.

De ligging van dit hotel is goed, dichtbij het park en de tempel. Een taxirit naar de luchthaven zou maximaal 300 yuan moeten kosten, maar het hotelpersoneel wilde alleen een taxi bestellen voor de volgende ochtend (6.45 am) als we 500 yuan zouden betalen. Dit was hun gebruikelijke tarief incl. wachttijd van de taxichauffeur, lieten zij ons weten. Een hotel moet altijd tegen het beste tarief zijn hotelgasten transportmogelijkheden aanbieden en wij waren hier niet over te spreken. We waren binnen 20 minuten op de luchthaven en de rit had ons denk ik 200 yuan gekost als we het normale tarief haddeb gekregen.
