Very clean and comfortable, beds were good. A good choice for North American travelers. A great facility from which to explore this City. The locals did not know how to find the hotel. |

Helpful staff in an hotel that is slightly out of the the city center, but cheap taxis solve that issue easily Bathroom was a little small |

A nice hotel and a great value. The bellboys (one in particular) were very friendly and helped to arrange an evening out at a local dinner theater and a fixed-rate taxi to take us around to see the sights for a day. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth the extra cost. The room was clean and functional. We had booked a room with a King/Queen bed but only one with two twin beds was available on the first night. |

Good room, good value. There were a couple of extremely helpful bellboys. The people in the business center were also helpful. One negative: while in the business center on the last day, I discovered that was where you could sign up for tours, etc. I would not have guessed to go there--I tried to get more information from the concierge desk--and there was no information to tell me to there. |

They used some chemical in the lobby that had terrible fumes. .. made my tongue numb! Culdn't eat in one dining room as a result and had to flee the lobby |

The hotel was modern and clean. The facilities are good with a nice bar area and friendly staff there. Also the heated indoor pool was most enjoyable and great for the kids. Restaurant food pricey and nothing amazing. |

the staff and the comfort. it was by far the nicest hotel i stayed at since in China. the location is good too - close to the Islamic quater and the Bell and Drum tower. I would recommend it to anyone who cares about comfort and is ready to pay a little extra for comfy beds, fast internet and great room service. Also there is a souvenir shopping arcade where you will not be cheated. at the check out there was a misunderstanding regarding payment. but that happened almost everywhere else in China.... |

decisamente apprezzabile la posizione, che e' assolutamente centrale, a dieci/quindici minuti a piedi dalla Torre delle Campane. La piscina e' anch'essa veramente molto bella. |

Det var bra, som förväntat, rent och snyggt. Jag utnyttjade inte hotellets alla möjligheter, jag bara sov och åt frukost där. Detta är viktigt. Anledningen till att jag valde detta hotell var att ni skrev att det var ett affärshotell och de hade bredbands internet. Detta fungerade inte särskilt bra. Jag kunde inte maila och jag missade en "Skype" konferens på grund av detta. Stor besvikelse på internet. Jag kommer aldrig mer bo på detta hotell på grund av att internet inte fungerade som utlovat. |

El desayuno es completísimo, con todo tipo de comida, tanto china como desayuno occidental. Las habitaciones están muy bien y la limpieza es excelente. Está algo retirado del centro, pero es el lugar ideal para visitar la mezquita. |

Comodidad y tamaño de las habitaciones. Buena relación calidad/precio del buffet de desayuno Los procedimientos de seguridad ridículos. Mientras estaba en la piscina, parece ser que desapareció un teléfono móvil. Como resultado, a todos los que estábamos allá nos retuvieron durante unos 45' minutos, impidiéndonos volver a las habitaciones hasta que llegó la policí. Para entonces, mi pareja, que no habla inglés, estaba bastante preocupada por lo que me hubiera podido suceder. |

zwembad, massage mogelijkheden, uitstekend ontbijt, zeer serviceminded, spreken goed engels (voor chinese begrippen). We hadden een jas laten hangen, die werd keurig nagestuurd naar ons volgende hotel (1200km verderop!!). Top! |
