s'Avonds is er de mogelijkheid om aan een lopend buffet deel te nemen. Dit was voor ons, na een dikke 2 weken in China, het beste eten wat we in deze vakantie gehad hebben. Het was zowel nationaal als internationaal. |

The best part about the hotel was the location. It was well located to walk to many of the sites within the city wall of Xian, China. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. Better/more English speaking staff would be helpful but those that did speak english tried very hard to help as much as they could. Conceirge could be more involved in scheduling tours and helping in scheduling train tickets. At this hotel, scheduling of tours was done by the business center and no one could help attain train tickets. |

After 15 days in the rest of China, the hotel was a relaxing finish where there was no struggle with language (English) nor with some things not working. The breakfast buffet was vast with everything anyone could wish - either for native or foreign tourists. |

The hotel is located 45km from Xi´an airport and about 3km from city centre. Near the hotel you can find a few local shops. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel Personnel is helpful but not so warm. We had a nice experiance with porter when we arrived. He gave us a lot of very useful and helpful information about city, tours, sights and it´s location including local trasnportation. Great support. The superior room was large and very clean. Breakfast - absolutely great, wide variety of all you can imagine. Otherwise no problem or bad experiance during our stay (2 nights only), but it´s a fact we´ve only slept there and haven´t used any hotel´s facility (swimming pool, spa, tennis court). It was a good choice and we´d come back again. |

Close to nearby atractions. Bellboys were very helpful and friendly. The bar was not nice and the staff in the shop were unfriendly and unprofessional. |

It´s a nice and clean hotel. A good place to stay. Not expensive. If you wanna go see the terracota soldiers (outside the city), you can arrange with the hotel cabs, a not expensive tour (without jade and silk shops :) trough 4 historical (including the terracota) good sites near the city. |

The variety of breakfast and clean room. Most of hotel staff lacked customer service skills. They like to talk among themselves and tend to be rude and blunt to customers. There were many standing around and not really helping customers. In a foreign exchange transaction,one reception girl shorted me by 54 cent and no counting the bills w/ me. She went on and helped other customers while I felt the transaction was not complete. After a while, I told her she was shorted on me, she then yelled at me and told all the other reception girls how cheap I was in Chinese. I complained to a manager and they told her to appoligized to me. 54 cent is not much but I felt the dishonesty here. Can you imagine how many customers she shorted in changes? |

A nice hotel and a great value. The bellboys (one in particular) were very friendly and helped to arrange an evening out at a local dinner theater and a fixed-rate taxi to take us around to see the sights for a day. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth the extra cost. The room was clean and functional. We had booked a room with a King/Queen bed but only one with two twin beds was available on the first night. |

Good room, good value. There were a couple of extremely helpful bellboys. The people in the business center were also helpful. One negative: while in the business center on the last day, I discovered that was where you could sign up for tours, etc. I would not have guessed to go there--I tried to get more information from the concierge desk--and there was no information to tell me to there. |

They used some chemical in the lobby that had terrible fumes. .. made my tongue numb! Culdn't eat in one dining room as a result and had to flee the lobby |

The hotel was modern and clean. The facilities are good with a nice bar area and friendly staff there. Also the heated indoor pool was most enjoyable and great for the kids. Restaurant food pricey and nothing amazing. |
