good location, just a few meter far from pearl river, and with walking distance to some good markets dirty, poor service,the room had no ini bar so i asked for mini bar and they sent me a very dirty and smelly one, ive asked them again to clean it at least and the room carpet is super dirty and ...

La Habitacion es muy espaciosa , confortable , limpia y el servicio de habitacion muy amable Deberia haber alguien que entienda algo de Ingles para simplificar la comunicacion para poner en la web que tiene desayuno , deberia ser desayuno , no ir a un family market , me cobraron 10 rmb uno extra y solo te dan 7,5 rmb en el market , muy malo.. Deberia haber mejor informacion en cuanto al spa, quise pero no lo encontre

La discrezione, gentilezza dello staff. Se non si hanno esigenze particolari va benissimo per l'ottima posizione vicino al fiume Pearl River e ad Haizu Square.

1. 行政處理慢 Check-in 時，服務員未能找到確定訂房間訂單。我也出示了電子確認書，但服務員強力要求交按金$440。我拒絕也表達- 訂房條件也協議了不用交任何按金。經他們sale經理劉先生電話處理後，收取了$200元按金。但我也表明- 信用咭已收取了款項。令我花太多時間去理論才完成check in.煩~ 2. 部份員工態度極差 其中一位check in 服務員態度欠佳，說處理不了，因沒有公司文件，又黑面。他沒有查電腦、也沒有致相關部門，要求我致電旅行社- 。當我再表明我是經booking.com訂時，也再次表明是旅行社問題。真是雞同鴨講。 3. 廁所很臭 需閉門才能嗅不到臭氣：（

удобное месторасположение Включенный в стоимость завтрак представляет собой выдачу талончика на рецепшене, по которому в магазинчике через дорогу выдают упакованный в целофан дорожный набор еды. При заезде в номер шторы и тюль валялись на полу, подготовленные к стирке, прибежали трое и повесили их грязными назад. Вид на реку представляет из себя узкую щель слева между двумя небоскребами

Only good thing is location. If possible, please avoid that hotel. Rooms are dirty, staff speaks very poor english, no breakfast. On 11th floor of the building is nightclub Club 1127. Every evening (even in mid-week) form 23 until 03.30 there is very loud music, it is not possible to sleep there. Music is so loud, that the house is vibrating and you can feel the bass in the bed.
