River view rooms.

Charges even for minute details,eg soap in bathroom. Staff not friendly or helpful at all.

Very large riverview room with enormous bed. Good bedding and towels. Good security to floor and room. Easy to get to from airport - Shuttle bus outside terminal to Haizhu Square [21y] then taxi to hotel [10y] Free bottle of water daily. Buffet breakfast

No soap provided. Reception did not always have someone who spoke some English. Coffee sachets are not free. No tourist information or leaflets available in the lobby.

Poor stuff and very bad service. Just imagine there is water boiler tea bag glass but not any sugar! And they saying we dont have sugar!!!! Every night I paid more than it was written on booking.com!!!! In the bath room there is not any soap or shampoo you have to buy it!!!

Value for money and good loaction.

Avoid breakfast.

Only Chinese breakfast, still the same, day by day. No ham, no cheese, no coctail sausages.

It is located just next to the river with a nice walking tracka nd also located very near to the famous shopping area Beijing Lu.

For sure it is not a 4 star hotel as it claims. lobby is too small and harsly any one can relax their.

We arrived at 7am but our room was available which was good. Our room had a nice view of the Pearl River.

Not mentioned was refurbishment (certainly needed) that meant banging from 9am till 7pm. However noise started at 8am (but stopped when we complained). No English spoken at the hotel which made it difficult to find out anything.it was raining so we asked reception about places to go close by for dinner. No mention was made of a restaurant on level 4 which we discovered by accident. Staff were quite unhelpful.

Great sea food restaurant down the road. Must go. Shopping area in the next block. In front of the river.

Room floor was not clear had seeds on the floor where someone was eating them and spitting them on the floor. Got the to clean it. Bathroom as a bit old (it is a old hotel) Breakfast was poor. English was poor also at reception. Lifts were slow. Not bad if you want to sleep only for a coulple of days and stay out of your room all day. Travel in June & July in Guangzhou and it is very hot & sticky.

Very Chinese hotel, not international at all, few english speaking staffs, and restaurant quality poor and very chinese, both for breakfast and for dinner... Hotel seems old and need a refurbish, but I guess it provides ok value for a not to extravangant budget.

Location is perfect, you can walk all over, and easy to find for all business travellers, and assosiates you might have locally.

Lengthy wait for elevators each time, lack of bath in the bathroom (there is enough space for a tub)

We booked this hotel because of the Pearl River view and the price. It is in an old area, the hotel must be for years already. The outside is ok. Even we booked for a non smoking room, the first room we got was a heavy smok smell room, once we opened the door, we had to ask for another room. The next room we got was ok, but the shower curtain s/b put in gabarage already, it was very very dirty. There was limited of toilet paper, if you use the tooh brushes, you have to pay. They put a small mouth wash (sample size) there for $20 CNY. The breakfast was ok because it was free. We had a good time with the river view. This is an old area, if you book hotel in newer area, s/b better but no river view.

Location is very good 5 minutes walk from the subway. Is a good and cheap hotel.

Room was not clean, especially in the bathroom where there were visible signs of mold and dirt.

امام الفندك ملهى ليلي.. قد يتسبب ببعض الازعاج تم سحب بالكردت كارد مبلغ تأمين وتم حسمه من الحساب والفندق يقول انه لم يسحب الا المستحق!! لكن تعاملهم راقي

من سياسة الفندق ان تدفع قيمة الصابون و الشامبو الذي تستخدمه

صعوبه لإيجاد تكسي وهذه مشكله عامه في جوانزوا فاطلب التكاسي ااكثر من الموجود
