Die Ärgernisse ließen den ersten Eindruck eines chicen Boutique-Hotels sehr schnell verblassen. Das Hotel ist draussen nicht angkündigt - freundliche Mitarbeiter eines Nachbarhotels führten uns dorthin. Es handelt sich um eine Einrichtung in der 15./16. Etage eines Hochhauses. Es nannte sich hier auch nur guest-house. Die wenig Service-orientierten und unprofessionellen Mitarbeiter (keinerlei auch nur rudimentäre Fremdsprachenkenntnisse) brauchten für die Zubereitung eines Frühstücks, dass aus 1 Glas heißem Wasser, 1 Tasse lauwarmer Milch und einem hartgekochtem Ei bestand, fast 30 Minuten - als wir per Fremdsprachen-App etwas entnervt um eine Tasse Kaffee baten, sollte diese berechnet werden - das haben wir abgelehnt. Der work-desk im Zimmer ist eine Bartheke mit hohen harten Holzbarhockern - soviel zur sitting area. Wir hatten aufgrund bestimmter Einrichtungen (einschlägiger Alarmknopf am Bett) den Eindruck, dass es sich auch um ein exclusiveres Stundenhotel handeln könnte. Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel war dies überhaupt nicht!

Confort et propreté de la chambre. Décor sympa Bonne situation Personnel ne parlant pas un.mot d'anglais (mais j'ai été mis en relation téléphonique avec une personne capable de répondre à mes questions). Petit déjeuner difficile à commander ( encore un coup de téléphone pour se faire comprendre). Au menu : trois œufs durs pour deux et un verre de lait, c'est tout ce qui était disponible !) Pas de paiement par carte. Il faut laisser en dépôt près du double du prix de la chambre (800 yuan contre les 445 annonces sur le site). On récupère le solde au départ. Fonctionnement fréquent en Chine, prévoir une info sur le site serait utile pour les internautes... L'hôtel est situé au 15e étage d'un immeuble - aucun signe en bas ne le laisse deviner. Donc pas forcément facile à trouver avec les seules infos du site...
