comfortable, clean, staff friendly . Coz the hotel is 5* ++ , please ask the menu for the breakfast more variaety. And more pls add more staff fluent in English . The order for late night food , we were waiting nearly an hour , the last call somebody come knock the door to point the menu list. So all together we wwere waiting more than an hour.

Hi, I stayed in the hotel for the fourth time. Every time again I am impressed by the comfortable and clean rooms. Nice receptionists and helpful personnel. It's close to a lot of shops, the west lake is not far but still farther then they say in their brochure. In the evening I had supper in the restaurant at the fourth floor and it was a total disappointment.For Chinese standards extremely expensive and the food was not special at all. They serve average wines for extreme prices......I Had a "mouton" ( 600Rmb) which would cost in a European supermarket a tenth of that price...;-)) So, foreign wines are more about prestige then about taste....:-) The breakfast is not all too bad ( with 149 Rmb again pricey) but still served in a very small uncomfortable restaurant, before there was a very big nice one but it is under refurbishing now. So if you want a real nice breakfast or perfect dinner....just go out!! There are a lot of restaurants in the area.......where you can eat for not even half the price......

Hi there, I stayed in this Hotel the second time. On my day of from work. Mainly to see the West Lake and Hangzhou City. For seeing the city it is perfectly located and you will find your self in the Center just around the corner. To go to the West Lake it is however quite far. So take my advise and go there by taxi....Personnel is friendly, speaks english and are very helpfull with whatever you want! Luxury stay, perfect for a day of relaxing...

Stayed here for one night only, business trip. Very nice hotel with friendly personnel. Enjoyed my stay. This hotel has a great international breakfast which is rather rare in China....:-)) i would surely recommend it!!

die Betten / Matratzen sind gut, die Buffets früh und abends sind sehr gut die teppichböden im ganzen Haus sind erneuerungsbedürftig. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, aber msn findet nur selten einen, der English versteht. Die Lage ist in den nächsten 2 Jahren sehr problematisch, da unmittelbar neben dem Hotel ein riesiger Gebäudekomplex neu gebaut wird - Lärm und Staub sind unvermeidlich.

Anyway the location is great for shopping. We booked a room in this hotel. When we checked in the receptionist gave us a key for a room which had occupied by other guests. It was awkward when we open the door. I think it was a terrible mistake.
