Very close to the lakeside, very nice, pool downstairs, good value buffet meal mon - wed Poor aircon, limited double glazing so very loud road noise. Very dangerous baby crib |

Sehr gute Lage, sowohl See-Promenade als auch Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants & Bars nur wenige Fussgeh-Minuten entfernt. Sehr hilfreiches Info-Blatt im Zimmer mit Übersicht aller öff. Bus-Verbindungen ab Hotel zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr gutes Frühstücks-Buffet. "Lake View"-Zimmer sind sicher die mit der relativ schönsten Aussicht, aber nicht zu viel erwarten, da das Hotel nicht direkt am See liegt. Concierge- / Doorman-Service versucht einem ständig, überteuerte (private, nicht die normalen) Taxis anzudrehen. |

Bon rapport qualite/ prix.Le restaurant chinois est tres bien.Le lac de l Ouest a 2mn a pied est un enchantement! Les taxis de Hangzhou vous arnaquent facilement.A L hotel la collusion entre les portiers et les chauffeurs font qu il est difficile d eviter cette arnaque (surtout lorsqu il s agit d aller a l aeroport:130 yuans dont 40 de ....peage,bien plus cher qu a Pekin ou la distance est plus grande). |

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel met redelijke kennis van engelse taal. Goede locatie in stad. Uitgebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet. Schone kamer. Her hotel heeft een ietwat verouderde uitrusting in de (bad)kamer. |
