Being able to order room service from the TV First room I stayed in the wireless signal was only 2/5 signal strength but they helped me to move so it was no problem

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and the chinese restaurant delicious. Staff is helpful and friendly. Unfortunately in not prohibited to smoke inside the hotel.

The staff were very friendly, professional and with a high level of English which is convenient for us English speakers. They had a good idea of the area, good places to see and eat. The facilities were some of the best I've experienced (I travel a lot for my job and stay in a lot of hotels). Very hi-tech and very modern technology and seemingly quite eco-friendly which I think is important. Love how you can see who's knocking on the door, and how the room numbers light up to lead to the room after stepping out of the elevator. The 'Smart Room' is great. The location of the hotel is very nice, by the mountains and the gardens are very nice too. The room seemed a bit small.More space would be nice. More gym machines or facilities would be good (e.g. Cables)

Très bel hotel. Le buffet était fabuleux. Personnel très attentionné et serviable Prix des massages excessif. Pas de navette allant vers le centre ville ou les lieux de ballade connus dans la ville or les taxis dans cette ville sont très difficiles à trouver.

The serivce personnel behind the buffet counter are talking too loud, some were laughing, even the line manager and floor manager joint in, not proffesional for a 5 star hotel. My breakfast table server ask me to pay for the bill in the middle of my meal. I worte my name and room number down but he seems to doubt about my name and ask me one more time about my real name. I thought he can always check the computer before asking me if it is my real name. I felt like he is afraid that I will run away after eating. Not a 5star hotel service quality.

酒店硬件很好，点子系统很先进也比较人性化。 因为订房的问题需要在周末联系酒店的销售人员，但是最终没联系到。

部屋もロビーなども、全て豪華で綺麗で、スタッフも親切。 部屋の設備も充実している。プール、サウナが無料なのもうれしい。 少し歩くとおいしいレストランや食堂もたくさんあり便利。 観光スポットも近くなので、ロケーションもいい。 別料金の朝食ビュッフェが170元（～2000円）というのはかなり割高。 豪華さを求めないなら、隣のNaradaGrandホテルもお勧め。 こちらは朝食をつけてもまだ、Dradonホテルより安い。
