even tho i booked and paid for one night, i stayed for 3 nights as i was part of a group and arrived early, needing the "extra"nights accommodation, the best way to improve is to make sure all staff, especially front office have fluent english, communication was difficult, |

This hotel is very convenient. It is just 5 min walk from line 2 subway station and the Beijing Railway station. Shopping area is also within walking distance (around 15 min). There are convenient stores and post office just across the street, ideal for dropping post cards the last min before you leave the city. The hygiene and quality of the hotel is ok. With this such convenience at this price, I will surely choose it again if I am to travel in bj again. Hot water is running too slowly. |

Position great. Very close to Beijing Station so you can us the excellent subway. Airconditioner didnt work, hot water hit and miss(low pressure), hard bed which we knew about. |

staff knows very good english. good-value western-style breakfast. good location - 2 minutes from subway @ train station. giant rooms! no public internet. unknown to most taxi drivers - print a map of the area (in chinese of course) to show taxi driver. |

Reasonably well located (be aware that the location in Booking.com is not accurate, look in Google Maps for "almost" real location). Peaceful and quiet. Personnel responded promptly to our requests. Communication in English not too problematic with reception personnel, depending on the person. Impossible with other personnel. Internet available with printing option for flights online check-in (but very expensive, 1 rmb per minute and 5 rmb per printed page, and the software only in Chinese). The final price for the room was a bit higher than expected (more than the exchange rate can change), it was more than 60 usd per night, service included. They rejected to offer us breakfast for 4 usd, and instead they asked for almost double of that amount (45 rmb per person). I complained stating that in Booking.com was 4 usd, and they contemptuously said "yes, you all come from that website". Therefore I strongly recommend you to update the prices in your website. Also, to avoid overcharging, I would also recommend to stay the room rates in the local currency (perhaps together with dollars in brackets for information purpose only). The location may be convenient for using the Central Railway Station of Beijing, but the area is very busy. |

It was clean, centrally located and overall good value for money. The staff was reasonably helpful. When I first checked in the room smelt bad ... very strong mell of paint. However, the receptionist was helpful and changed my room immediately. |

The room was clean, good size, and a clean bathroom with all items working well. There was a small minibar with sufficient room to cool personal drinks. I used the laundry service twice with good service. |

Muy buena ubicación a 3 min de la parada del metro de la estación de trenes de Beijing, el desayuno está bastante bien (unos 4 euros). Hay varios supermercados al lado de la estación de metro. Buena relación calidad precio. No tiene internet y la calle es un poco siniestra, pero no hay problemas de seguridad. Es un poco viejo, pero la limpieza es buena. |

La proximité du métro permet de se rendre facilement et rapidement dans les différents sites culturels. Petite surface juste en bas de l'hôtel. Internet était payant et disponible uniquement aux heures de bureau. Le personnel n'est pas du tout accueillant ! |
