There is two restaurant serving tab beer.

The sound proof system is too poor. Noises of mechanics in the late night. Annoyed by the noise of door closing in the early morning. The mechanic of closing door is acoustic polluted. Too Loud!

Very good value. Clean hotel, helpful staff. Street market nearby was fabulous.

Location not convenient for sightseeing vacation. A long walk to the metro. Hotel was not on a major street, so I had to walk to get a taxi, however staff did walk with me and carried luggage to get a taxi.

It was too cold, and no way to make the room any warmer. I think it's better not to select this hotel in cold winter days.

It is located not far from the Canton Tower and from the city center. An oasis in the city, quite apartments with garden. The personal was very good, registered early check in and late check out.

The rooms turned out to be smaller than on pictures. Very small beds, only for chinese people.

Really nice people. Fair rooms, not 4 star but kind of grows on you. Inside the compound very pretty and quiet. Food not so great. Fair location

Wifi the room did not work well at all. Rooms could have been a little more nice.

Cold in the room, we stayed there in december.

Warm staff. Very nice and clean room (apartment style).

Terrible internet connection (Both LAN and WiFi). Even the reception staff speaks very limited English. I guess the hotel does not target international guests very much.

No wifi connection, internet not working. The rest is good. But the internet problem must be solved.

Good location (for Canton fair), Budget-friendly

My first night was in a room without any window. Next day they give me nice room. But be careful, if hotel is full you could be suggest to live in one of these rooms!

Once off the busy street outside the hotel the atmosphere was almost resort like inside with pleasant staff and good facilities.

Found the serving staff to be lacking in understanding and particularly slow

We are check in and then go to our room! Room is only about 15 m2 like for dog. But we think it is ok for one night only, but have a mistake. When we try to sleep condition blow to face and it was also tereble sound, we turn it of, but sound not stop. After some times in the room come smell of shit from the bathroom, after that we call reception and try to change the number, after 40 minutes we starting changing. It was 1 pm already. We change the room - this room is bigger about 25 m2, was veru dark and in the morning we found that there is no window, we was in shock, realy like for animal! By the was sound from condition was same s before and on the next day both of us was with red eyes because dont sleep!! Never stay here.

Typical of many hotels in this part of China, staff are very well meaning but ultimately not very well trained on how to deal with foreigners which leads to a lot of queues and much frustration. Very bad smell in bathroom from sewer. This is a issue for the hotel more than a direct criticism of the room per se. Nothing could be done about it and it seemed to come and go. One elevator for cleaning staff and 7 floors of guests!

Convinience of the hotel. Easily reach places. Modern room. Wifi is present in the room which is awesome.

The room was quiet small. The breakfast menus are the same every day. The taste is standart

Availability of own green terrace.

Very slow and not professional staff in the restaurant. But it was the only one lack and not the main as for me coz you can find plenty of good restaurants not far from the hotel itself.

The hotel's location is very convenient for those visiting Cina Import and Export Exhibition at Pazhou Complex. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the exhibition center. It is also located very close to the downtown shopping malls and streets (only about 10 minutes' drive).

The staff hardly speaks English. The front desk people could not understand our request in English so we had to use our very poor Chinese to get checked out and get a receipt and Invoice. The Internet connection is very slow.

Air condition works too loud even at the min speed. For those who sleeps restlessly it will be a bit uncomfortable..
