We were misinformed about when to be at the airport. Please relay to your clients that they will need at least 2 hours to get through security and the train. I would suggest 3 hours is best.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, the best we found in our tour of china. Our room was fabulous and not at all dated

Couldn't find one fault

The hotel is beautifully decorated, our room was huge and the bed was comfortable.

Although there were tea and coffee making facilities provided in the room, I was surprised there was no milk or cream provided, not even in powder form. This was the only disappointment we had.

One minute from the airport with a free bus shuttle service. Staff friendly and had good English to help with booking taxis and giving advice.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you have a stop-over of a couple of hours between flights. Didn't leave the hotel so don't know if there's anything to do close around it.

- reception couldn't find my booking - extra charge for Internet connection in rooms at 2RMB/min, while I paid $300 for one night

Beijing weather, clearly not Mr. Hilton's fault

- Perfectly comfortable mattress - Friendliness and hospitality of the staff, really good English and genuine hospitality to the point of having a tactful but movingly sincere and humanly chit chat with guests. Not every family-run hotel have this feel. - Literally 2 minutes from the airport - Absolute quietness - Tasteful interiors - Smoking rooms available on request - Wireless internet (not every hotel in China has it), and free in public areas such as 360 restaurant. - Very convenient shuttle bus, we arrived about 1am and didn't have to wait for it, it was already there. Don't believe taxi drivers saying that you're late or anything like that, go to the gate 5 of arrival area, the bus will be there.

- Internet access wasn't free of charge, and charged on time basis, which is quite outdated. - Wasn't possible to log-off from the Internet after the end of use, a call to the reception was required. Advice to future travelers: do call the reception to end your internet usage when you don't need it anymore, otherwise you'll be charged 120 RMB (20USD) for 24hours. - Still limited English of restaurant employees. They were eager to help though, and on reception and elsewhere English was impeccable. - We had several devices to connect to the Internet from, and this was quite problematic, with incomprehensible error messages. Access was OK from one device though. - No Russian or other non-Chinese and/or non-global channels on TV Obviously, any of these observations wouldn't be a problem for a hotel of lower category, but one may possibly expect complete flawlessness from such a renowned brand. Generally, our experience was nearly perfect, and this Hilton can be recommended to anybody willing to spend lay-over time in Beijing comfortably.

Other hotels in China had a hotel shop where you could buy a few items without spending a lot. The Hilton did not ... very inconvenient,

Rooms and facilities much larger than expected

Bell captain responsiveness from the time I was getting off shuttle thru my departure the next morning; willingness to hold the shuttle for me for two minutes. Thanks!

Hard to find hospitality desk and bus pick up location ... Can't see door numbers from inside

It was convenient to go to the airport. The staff were friendly and spoke great English. I loved the in-room massage service.

The gym can be improved to get more machines especially an Ab cruncher. The design of the gym is too cramped and needs better lighting.

Very big one. I would say luxury hotel... And very very close to the AIRPORT...so do not have to wake up early in beijing due to get on time to the airport
