The design of Hilton is very tasteful, the staff super friendly,helpful and supportingly, the spa treatment and the atmoshpere were excellent and really first class. I didn't exspect a room, we got first, not as clean (622) as Hilton makes you believe, because of its status. I was disapointed of what we got..Hilton can't offer a room like that to anybody! (The carpet was completely full of stains, I guess red wine, cleaning traces over the mirror and some on the cupboards, oily stains on the silk bed cover). But after telling them, we got immediately the same room on a higher level. (735), with a better view. The staff has taken all our baggage and private things to the new room. |

We booked 3 rooms and all of us were upgraded to suites, a very nice surprise! All suites are very spacious and clean! We also booked a van from hotel to pick us up at the airport and to our surprise the guy came all the way to the gate to meet us, we felt like VIPs. The concierge staffs try hard but not experience enough to handle all things promptly |

the room was elegant and the concierge was very helpful in terms of finding directions and making reservations. we paid extra for breakfast and the use of the executive lounge for high tea and happy hour drinks and the staff at the lounge was friendly and helpful |

O Hotel tem tudo de bom , excelente piscina , otimo spa , restaurantes de primeira , otima localizaçao da pra fazer tudo a pé pertinho do food market , Cidade Proibida , Malls e etc... sem falar num quarto que na minha opiniao é melhor que o quarto do Conrad em Hong Kong ., Da ate para fazer cooper no quarto , tv no banheiro e etc.. |

①多くのホテルスタッフの英語のレベルが高い。②王府井に近く、とても便利だった。③フロントやコンシェル- ジェの対応が明るくかつ迅速で、積極的に応対してくれた。④最終日、1時間半レイトチェックアウトをOKし- てもらいました。 ①2時チェックイン可能なはずなのに、3時半に到着してチェックインする時に、前の客がレイトチェックアウ- トした為に部屋の準備が遅れたとのことで、4時までロビーで待たされた。②近くの工事現場で夜中に工事が行- われ、とてもうるさかった。（10/16の夜中だけ） |

Las habitaciones son muy confortables, y hay una buena relacion precio/calidad. En el restaurante, una amplia carta de vinos, pero con desprolijidades: ofrecen un vino Primoroso como Zinfandel, pero no lo es. Al consultarle al garzon explico graciosamente que si no lo ofrecen como Zinfandel, no se vende! |
