The location is very near to the Hefei Railway station and good value for money. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Nothing.

clean comfortable central location the bastard road works around it and the complete lack of any warning at the time of booking and the lack of clear signs showing how to get to the place during the road works dissruption, and this is the second time I had this problem I stayed here almost exactly 1 year ago and it was the same!!!!!!! And I complained then and you did nothing, who would have expected the road closures still to be going on!!!!!

The room was a good size, the food was good and the Sauna and massage were good There was a problem with the plugs in the room - my European plug fell out of all and I had to use a bottle to hold them in place. It's quite rediculous that in this day and age, and considering the room prices, they charge for Internet.

Equipe sensacional, sempre tentando fazer o melhor para te ajudar! A gerente do hotel também foi incrível desde a chegada até a partida me acompanhou até a saída do hotel. Comida muito boa, café da manhã, tudo 100% Não tinha wii fii no quarto que me hospedei. Somente conexão via cabo e a atendende me informou que não seria possivel a conexão requerida. Poderiam ter um roteador, preço disso é nada perto de toda estrutura que eles tem e poderiam deixar o hóspede mais satisfeito ainda.

all'arrivo all'aereoporto di Hefei non mi è arrivato il bagagli,o ho fatto presente questo problema alla direzione dell'hotel, e per questo disagio mi la direzione mi ha fatto soggiornare in una camera exsecutive allo stesso prezzo, con anche la cena gratuita, per me e i miei ospiti.

Hotel de très bon standing. Personnel compétent. Petit déjeuner très varié. 10 à 15 mn du centre en voiture. Connection internet payante dans les chambres (seulement wifi gratuit dans le lobby)
