The staff were good, help arrange a trip to the great wall. The room was very good, even had a bath. It was a bit out of the way, needed to get taxis, but price was good so not overly concerned - hotel good, location/area is not so good. |

The hotel was world class. The breakfast buffet was superb and the meals were all well prepared. Food was great. The room was beautiful! It was a little far away from the restaurants and shopping areas; 15-20mins away but on the whole it wasnt much of a problem. |

We loved the service, the superb breakfast, the pool, the luxurious layout...probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at! It was a wonderful introduction to China and a gracious and hospitable people! |

The concierge staff, the front desk and the restaurant staff were all exceptional and helpful and did their very best to speak english and translate whatever we could not understand. I'm sure this is a common remark but their Concierge staff lead by Storm were very helpful and knowledgeable and help us navigate the very busy city that is Beijing |

j'ai aimé l'excellent accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, le design des parties communes (sobriété, beauté) le confort, l'espace et l'aménagement des chambres. j'ai moins aimé l'emplacement de cet hôtel (environnement), la restauration (ou très chère au resto chinois, ou de qualité moyenne pour le resto occidental) |
