The rooms were bright and comfortable. There was wi fi in the room. The loaction is set in from the main road.

The hotel is not up to the standard of a Holiday Inn. The staff cannot speak English and tho' they try give you misleading information. The rooms were fine but the bathroom was leaking. The restaurant had breakfast which was cold and not up to standard. The location is ok and there is a bakery just opposite. The cost of the hotel is not worth it. Water should have been complimentary.

The hotel is very comfortable, quiet and modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. Towels were changed every day, the room was cleaned every day. There is an electric kettle, coffee, tea and water available in the room, as well as all necessary shower appliances in the bathroom. The breakfast offers a buffet variety which meets both Western and Chinese tastes. The hotel staff speaks some English and were ready to help with any requests. There is a supermarket and a few Chinese canteens/restaurants just around the hotel. A perfect place to stay during a business trip or a family holiday.

The metro station (Luomashi) is about 15-20 minutes walking distance away from the hotel, but it was fine for me. Not a disadvantage, just for information - the deposit for 4 nights was 2000 RMB.

I read online that staff can speak english but the english of the reception staff was poor.

the room was great and very large. the location was ok once you figure out the surroundings. All of the major sites were about a 20 minute walk or you could walk to the metro.Lots of small resturants nearby, one is open 24 hours. Breakfast was great

Internet was slower in the room but overall worked. The staff were very friendly however it would have been more helpful if they had a map of the surrounding area to assist with moving around. They appear to use taxis more. Was surprised and a little fustrated that many of the sites which were listed in the book in the room the staff could not tell you exactly how to get there even though only 3 km away. They would just write it down for you to hand to a taxi which was nice but walking would have been just as easy.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, service was fine.

Isabelle, at the front desk was wonderful. She was so helpful. I give her a five star. The showers were very clean and nice. The breakfast was worth the stay by itself! What a great selection.

The AC did not work well in our room. Both night we woke sweating and too warm. Turning the air down did not help.

good location, comfortable bed

this hotel is near ti the most hip and popular Chun Zi Lu shopping district and food outlets. The staff services is good, When we encounter inconvenience while long waiting for our transport to the airport, the Manager Mr. Mark Ma is very kind to offer alternative, which make us feel more relax.

Subway station is far from the hotel, it requires 20 minutes walk. We take taxi to & fro subway station. The cost is about RMB8-RMB10 one way.

Hotel as building was nice, room was clean, bed comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was provided. Generally my stay was ok.

Staff is very poor, hard to communicate English. Internet is free but unstable and very slow. Printing 2 pages from email = impossible. No fridge in the room.

The location was convenient for the city and shopping. The staff were very helpful. The room was a good size.

The breakfast buffet was very good in addtion to the rooms.

The hotel stuffs are exceptionally helpful, friendly. The room was very beautiful, nice, clean, i like the design of the shower room, it was a standing type, with no bathtub, it was sexy. The location was quite good, near to Chunxi Road.

床垫挺舒服的。

房间内设施一般，设计不够人性化，想的不够周全。尤其是卫生间的淋浴室非常不满意，淋浴时的水会流到外面，- 洗澡很不爽。大床房的床真的不够大，房间面积也一般般，相对这个价钱有些不值啊。

El personal te intenta ayudar en todo lo que puede, siempre muy atento. La ubicacion limpieza y las habitaciones muy bien.

1.酒店员工服务很周到。2.房间干净整洁，大小很适用，浴室很合用。3.使用门卡搭乘电梯，很安全。4.早餐开放时间很早，比较方便。

1.浴室的淋浴房里放东西和悬挂毛巾的位置很少。2.早餐种类少，但中式餐点很不错。3.中午比较难在附近打到车。

具备快捷酒店的质量。 附近有便利店和餐厅。 拦车和交通都算方便。 房间干净，有卫星电视频道。 电梯有客用刷卡识别系统。 过道安静，不受打扰。

有wifi没有internet信号，酒店服务员说有其他客人也这样反应过，但他们也没有办法。

Abbiamo trascorso due notti a gennaio, camera doppia matrimoniale al 14^ piano. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, super accessoriato, nessun problema di riscaldamento, letto comodissimo e materasso morbido (da non sottovalutare in Cina), gruppo di tre ascensori super rapido (ricordatevi di inserire la tessera della camera per far partire l'ascensore). Personale gentile e disponibile, buon livello di inglese e soprattutto disposti a scrivere le nostre richieste in cinese da dare al taxista. Ottimo sistema di taxi davanti all'albergo (prendete i taxi a Chengdu, sono efficienti ed economici, dall'aeroporto all'albergo abbiamo speso 50 CNY in due). Accanto alla reception c'è un piccolo ufficio che dà informazioni turistiche e per 10 CNY abbiamo preso una cartina molto utile con indicati i maggiori punti di interesse. Camera pulita e calda, con sistema autonomo di impostazione del termostato. È presente tutto il kit per tè e caffè. La vista non era il massimo, ma non è stato assolutamente un problema. In bagno un sacco di accessori, la doccia era enorme e calda, c'era anche un cavo che si poteva estendere per fare da stendino, troppo comodo per chi deve sciacquare qualche vestito. Colazione buona, ovviamente la maggior parte dello spazio era dedicata a gusti orientali, però c'era anche tutto il kit occidentale quindi brioche, fette da tostare, burro e marmellata, bevande calde e succo di frutta. L'unica nota negativa era il locale della colazione era abbastanza freddo. La posizione dell'albergo è ottima, vicino ad uno dei posti centrali e vicino ad uno dei templi. Volendo a piedi si raggiungono parecchie zone. La metro è abbastanza vicina (biglietto una corsa 2 CNY). Consiglio decisamente questa struttura, avremmo voluto trascorrere più notti.

Il wifi è presente anche in camera, ma non funzionava benissimo, spesso saltava la connessione. Purtroppo anche qui, come in altri alberghi in Cina, hanno richiesto una cauzione di 1000 CNY (superiore al costo tot. dei pernottamenti), abbiamo pagato in contanti e la differenza c'è stata ridata al check out (vi consiglio di pagare il deposito in contanti).
