Close to airport

We rented two rooms and the rooms were smelly and there were some cockroaches and mossie in the room at nites. The hotel is surroundounded by almost a slum area. I guess it is ok if you are not from a developed country.

Quick n Prompt Service...Cleaniness, Near to Airport

Some people are too lazy, we had to wait for 40 mionutes at airport...for Pick up. TYhere was no one, I called the hotel only after 10 minutes some one came...

It was good value, there was a free airport shuttle bus which was convenient. The room was large and spacious.

Location, there was very little to do immediately around the hotel. The bed was rather hard and uncomfortable, but after a 10 hour flight it did the job!

pathetic staff, no knowledge of English, I stayed there for just 6 hours in the day but was bugged up by repeat reminders at the door and the phone, i. e 6 times in the space of 15 minutes, when the hotel was nearly half empty!!!!

Room was good size. Bed king size. Room was clean. We stayed here simply as an overnight stay over between flights. Complimentary shuttle service to & from airport appreciated. Double wake up call, and breakfast was Chinese only but good variety.

Had plug in Internet but no wifi (common emission in China)

The rooms were very clean, tidy and presentable. I stayed for a one night stop over was impressed. If I go back to Guangzhou I would happily stay there. Perfect for a good stop over hotel as it is close to airport. It was difficult to find the hotel. A couple of taxi drivers had not heard of the hotel before.

Rooms are new Cafe nerro around the corner, run by some passionate people, has good coffee and light meals

Transport to airport was disorganized, if a shuttle service is supposed to leave at a particular time, dont stress out guests by leaving later. As with many hotels in China, you can hear people in the next room talking.

lots of things, staff doesn't speak English, they kept me waiting to check in needlessly because they assumed I was with a group. smoky and noisy

the transportation to the ghuangzhou city (by taxi) a bit difficult to get but you have to tell the hotel staff to arrange for you!!

Chose this hotel for being close to airport which offered free shuttle service to airport

The room had no refrigerator The actual town of Renhe very poor & slum Hotel actually cautioned about care on streets, pick pocketers, theft etc which was a bit nerve racking - needless to say did not venture out Restaurant offered limited menu - very bland & not much to offer

Other than it being cheap, there is really nothing much to like about the place.

Bad location, located in the middle of some industrial estate, far from the city, food around the hotel was unbearable, and it was just rough. I don't think I will ever come back to this place ever. Even if I have to pay three times the price to stay somewhere else, I will.

It was very close to the airport. The front staff spoke english well. They were able to tell us about the subway system and what routes to take to make our departure easy. They also helped us not get ripped off by a taxi who was trying to way over charge us, because we were obviously tourists.

The room we were put in looked like it was still under construction. The air condition controls were only in Chinese.

Rooms are spaceous, clean , tidy. All amenities are good and upto the mark.

On your website, I had browsed good pictures of the room so had selected 1 bedroom apartment. The hotel is in the opening stages and things are happening, however should not show mockup pictures, as there were no plates,sofa, side table and basically it was a studio apartment. On my next visit hope I donto get a studio instead of a 1 bedroom apartment, as I have friends in Guanzhou, who visit me so opted for a 1 bedroom apartment.

No one seems to want to pick up the call especially the operator, wake up call service. No one want to reply back after i twice reported that they have mixed up two pairs of socks with that of another customer. I expect that in China, but not from the hotel manages by a Malaysian led management.

the hotel is clean and cosy, private and quiet, service staff were helpful and the bus to the airport was good, at times also too crowded due the the surge in visitors.

the location is too far away from any places of entertainment, the breakfast with too many people, and not enough cups for coffee., no cups were available, all were washing up there are no shops near by and no KTV and entertainment near by need to purchase SIM card but was not able to purchase the sim card. Hotel should have mini shops selling SIM cards when the hotel was occupied, the staffing were understaffed, perhaps temporary staff should be hired.

The hotel was close to the airport and had free breakfast which was great for a very short overnight layover. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite a 2:30 A.M. Arrival.

I booked this hotel over other Airport hotels because of the free airport transportation. However, after several attempts to contact the hotel in regards to how to locate the airport transport after landing I never recieved a response. Luckily I found the shuttle but I was very disappointed to not have heard back from them (I emailed as early as 8 days in advance). They either need to update their contact information (the number on the website was always busy as well) or actually respond to their inquiries. Though the staff upon arrival was pleasant and my stay was fine, I would not recommend this hotel due to their lack of communication. Very horrible management I would presume.
