Fair knowledge of English by the staff. Nice breakfast buffet Room was quite small Location was good but I hoped it would have been closer to Shopping areas. |

Location is the bigest plus of the hotel, right next to subway connecting all over the city, staff is really co-operative although like all of China lacks coherent english communicating skills. hotel lacks swimming pool, garden or a nice terrace for a stroll or walk. |

Closer to subway, good food in the restaurent, closer to zoo, and there was a good chinese shopping centres near zoo It is a budget hotel, no tea or milk in the room to make a good English tea. Not worth for the money, no swimming pool or sport centre |

The buffet was excellent value!! Best brekky buffet ive experienced. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is close to train station. Excellent!! |

location is OK, but there are better ones for this price terrible construction going on inside the hotel (elevators and other major infrastructure); the hotel did not reduce the rates as part of the investment plan, which I really cannot understand. Even without the ongoing contructions, the hotel is not up to normal holiday inn standards. |

Breakfast spread was good; and the comfort of the bed! The Housekeeping staff was most accomodating on requests. Its distances from all the sites; costly & difficult to go to the tourist sites. |

Friendly stuff The booking reservation has specified: vat & Service charge are included, but we were still charged a 15% for room rate for service. (We did not order anything room service, laundry....etc) |

Hotel: nice, place: We live close by center. Pekin is huge, spacious (everywhere far - taxi is cheap). Helpful personel in reception. gut anglish, not problem. Rooms: clean, big, attractive. bathroom to the same. MDonald is't close :) |

Convient location, great staff, nice room, good price. Returant food prices were rather high compared to what was available close by and around the city. |
