This hotel is very well located. Very convenient. The service is perfect and staff is all the time ready to serve you. Bedroom was very confortable and clean. As every hotel in Shanghai there is no heater which is sometime not very confortable |

Hotelzimmer war schön und gross. Super Badezimmer. Service ist katastrophal. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Hab das 4x reklamiert aber es passierte nichts. Wäscherei ist eine katastrophe! Alle meine Sachen wurden verwaschen und sind unbrauchbar. Auf meine Reklamation wurde gar nicht reagiert! Absolut sch.... Service. Bürostuhl ist auch auseinandergefallen. Abholung vom Flughafen - obwohl ausdrücklich gewünscht - passierte auch nicht. |

La décoration est moderne avec sculptures et tableaux totalement dans le style, la chambre très propre. Grande salle de bain avec douche et de quoi poser ses affaires. Petit fauteil confortable en plus dans la chambre. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuné, ni les restaurants. |
