The hotel was rather far from down town Shanghai, but it was very peaceful , tranquilizing place that we surly recommend to everyone. Traveling to city attractions, the traffic was frustrating. |

Top hotel for both business and tourist travellers. Very friendly staff. All of them speak good english. Good facilities. Very beatiful lobby. Modern, clean and cofortable rooms. Reasnable price. Internet access should be free of charge. |

The hotel room The location, the food was of poor standard and overpriced with staff slow to serve, the hotel lacks natural ambience and typical Chinese which is not how the hotel appears on your web site, the bed was hard no choice of pillows and the staff have limited ability in speaking and understanding English |

Satisfecho con la garantía que ofrece la cadena Howard Johnson sus instalaciones están en muy buen estado, el personal es muy amable, la conexión a Internet es muy buena, el cuarto tiene el confort y limpieza que uno exige y espera. Está alejado de las atracciones principales pero se compensa que se tiene el Metro a 7 minutos caminando y es de fácil acceso en taxi. |

Ystävällinen henkilökunta (tosin yksi hieman yli-innokas huonesiivooja löytyi). Englantia ei osannut kuin pari henkilöä, mutta asiakaspalveluasenne korvasi kielitaidonpuutteen. Huone oli aivan upea ja siisti, komeilla näköaloilla. Suosittelen, vaikka taksilla useimmiten joutui kulkemaan keskustaan (40-50 RMB per suunta). Rauhallisella paikalla. Sijanti: Nanjiing Roadille, Bundille ja Pudongille mennessä hieman hankalaa metrolla, vaikka metroasema kohtuu lähellä onkin, mutta vaihtaminen toiseen linjaan oli pitkän matkan takana. Taksia tuli käytettyä usein, tosin se oli halpaa Suomeen verrattuna ja jalat säästyi. Aamupala ei oikein ollut parasta A-luokkaa, länsimaisen ja kiinalaisen sekoitus, jotkut tykkää ehkä, mutta henkilökohtaisesti ei ollut makuuni. |

Не учли пожелания при бронировании. Удаленное расположение от метро. Путь от вокзала до гостиницы, который можно посмотреть после бронирования не соответсвует действительности. Платный интернет. Грязные стекла в окнах. Отсутствие какой-либо информации в отеле относительно погоды, актуально в сезон дождей. Персонал на ресепшене постоянно старался избегать общения и отправлял за информацией к консьержу. Большая сумма депозита. Не дают копию квитанции при оставлении депозита, как доказательство, что депозит оставлен - копию приходится выпрашивать. Ванные принадлежности в двуместном номере выдали на одного (один маленький кусочек мыла был на двоих на два дня). |
