The hotel was not 5 stars hotel as mentioned on your website

The staff, in particular the duty manager, Mr Bob Wang were exceptional. His English was fantastic and he went zbove and beyond by retrieving and hand delivered to our room, my sons ipad that he had left on the plane. The pools at the resort were enormous and beautifully maintained. The western style restaurant had a great choice and was so good that we ate all of our meals there for the four days. We will definitely return to the Howard Johnson.

The wonderful pool, superb landscaping and our two bedroom suite were amazing! The evening buffet/bbq/entertainment was very enjoyable!!!

Service was uneven in the restaurants. It may just be China. They don't ever bring all the food for the table at the same time. My husband was waiting a full half hour for his food after we were done eating.

Big problem to communicate because just one or twoo people speak english ! impossible to as room service during night and we wait 1 hour for club sandwisch at swimming pool I never go back in this hotel

Stayed in a room 1230, for 3 nights. It was a honeymoon room with views to the sea. Overall the room was OK and nice and quiet. There is no road noise, lovely well kept grounds and gardens. Breakfasts and Saturday BBQ was OK but staff should learn to smile and enjoy their job. I don't think they had any customer service training. The guests were 90% Chinese, 5% Russian and 5% other nationalities. Plenty of places to rent Jet Ski's at 200rmb for 20 mins and Quad Bikes, Sailing Dingy's and return trip charter a small motor boat to an island 20 mins away for 250rmb. Overall though this is a hotel that ex-pats can enjoy and I recommend it and it is a romantic destination.

The in room bar was very basic, like a 3 star hotel. No spirits or nibbles. The room description said a separate living room which is incorrect, it is just another part of the same room. The private beach has 'zero star' dirty, smelly toilets/changing facilities. No soap, no hand dryer, no hand towels and like so many Chinese toilets, no toilet paper and only one sit on toilet in the mens loo. I just wish, for the low cost that the hotel would fix this, they spend hundreds of millions on a great 5 star hotel and then don't provide clean, nice toilets - crazy!! Don't know where the chef's washed their hands that cook food on the beachside snack bar :( The beach has rentable Quad Bikes using the private beach which does spoil your ability to lie on a lounger and relax in peace and you need take care when going from lounger to the sea as some idiots like to race them - take care if you have kids ! Note also that there is a treated sewer outlet about 500m down the beach to the left which is pumping thousands of gallons an hour onto the beach which then flows into the sea. The water looks clean but smells. So don't swallow any sea water.

the day before i arrive they closed the western restaurant and coffee bar - the manager explained to me that the governement closed because there was some problem with food - i can't imagine wich problem was that - but they did not inform me when i arrived - during lunch i went to the wester restaurant and it was closed - i went to front desk and they informed me about the problem - i think they should tell me when i checked in - the result is that there was only chinese food - with all the respect for the chineses , but chinese breakfest i really don't like very much - the coffee was everything else but a coffee . no cheese . and also the chinese restaurant menu for dinner was really a little bizarre - for dinner i went to city center ( 20 minutes by taxi with cost of 35 rmb ). In the room during the night some strange odor ( fosse odor )

The Resort has all the possibilities to become a great resort. Nice pool area, private beach.

Poor knowledge of English by the staff. Up on arrival we did not get the room we had booked and had received a confirmation. The Four Season Restaurant´s menu did now correspond to what they served. Ahi tuna was canned tuna, That dish was really disgusting! We complained but got no understand from the staff. We were also served wine which was to old. It had been in storage to long and had a brownish color instead of red. We ask to talk to the restaurant manager but he chose not to come forward and had somebody else talk to us. We later learned that the restaurant manager was pushing the staff to push us to pay for the wine even thou it was undrinkable. We did pay in the end because we did not want to wast another hour trying to sort it out, so we paid and left.Unfortunately we had one more bad experience in the restaurant. This is just a few of the bad experiences we had in this resort As we live in China, Hainan is a great place to go to. We will for sure go back but not to this hotel.

Отличный отель. Заехали в номер, не понравился вид из окна, попросили поменять. Поменяли 2 раза абсолютно бесплатно. У отеля очень большая красивая территория. Персонал приветливый, всегда готовы помочь. Завтраки разнообразные. Самолеты действительно не мешают, не смотря на то, что аэропорт близко.

На пляже отдыхают местные, которые не живут в отеле. Ведут себя тихо, не мешают, но неприятно. Полотенце дали с дыркой, но быстро поменяли. Хотя, это я уже придираюсь.

красивая территоия хорошие завтраки пляж через дорогу переход по подземному переходу на пляже выдают полотеца лежаки хорошие пляж чистый . народу не много что приятно. рекомендую, на свои 4 точно тянет. рядом много рестаранов что тоже хорошо.

入住的房间水龙头和风扇有问题 管家部很快上来维修了。后因为位置比较靠马路所以前去要求换个位置，值班经理很热情了解了情况 帮我们换到合适的位置，还送了生日蛋糕。总体来说房间宽敞整洁，中式简约的装饰风格很适合家庭，酒店设施很- 齐备，服务员也都周到，总体很满意的酒店。

Сам отель великолепен, отличные номера, большая зелёная территория, много бассейнов в том числе с подогревом, удобный выход к пляжу

Сервис в европейском понимании отсутствует, персонал почти не говорит ни по английски, ни по русски, т.е. на международный отель никак не тянет - это китайский отель для китайцев. Еда при кажущемся изобилии невкусная, ни европейская, ни азиатская. Даже соли (солонок) на столах нет и выпросить её у персонала весьма затруднительно - они просто не знают, что это такое и зачем оно надо :))) Вокруг отеля никакой туристической инфраструктуры нет, магазины и рестораны чисто китайские, ни слова по английски, так что без знания иероглифов там ловить нечего. Нет даже сувениров - это в Китае, который делает их на весь мир !!! Цена на всё в отеле и в целом в Санье очень завышена - цена есть, а продукта нет...

eine weitläufige Poollandschaft, gepflegte Parklandschaft, die Familiensuite war gut eingerichtet, aber zu klein für ein zweites Kind, das Büffet war sehr reichhaltig, es gab sowohl chinesisches Frühstück als auch Spiegelei, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Cornflakes, Müsli etc. Der Andrang der Frühstückenden wurde sehr gut bewältigt. Das Hotelpersonal spricht inzwischen einigermaßen gut Englisch und an der Rezeption gab es auch keine Schwierigkeiten

zwei Baustellen und Karaokebar direkt neben dem Hotel, kaum Meerblick, keine westliche Essensgelegenheiten im Umfeld um das Hotel, sogar für die Poolbadetücher musste bezahlt werden, keine Discothek in dem riesengroßen pompösen Hotel, häufig betraten fliegende Händler den Strandbereich des Hotels und nervten

Os funcionários, apesar de muito simpaticos e atenciosos, falam muito pouco Ingles. Tirando a recepção é muito dificil comunicar

Me parece una verguenza q el restaurante solo tenga comida China y nada Internacional, ni una ensalada me pudieron preparar!!

Дизайн интерьера, много бассейнов, тенистая территория. Очень хороший завтрак, разно образный. Вид на море. Вежливый персонал и наличие русско-говорящего представителя отеля.

Pools are very nice, breakfast is good, room is clean and good looking, very nice and big territory, shopping street nearby

A lot of bugs during the night, beach could be better - they have a lot of space but do not use even a half so umbrellas are located in very small area and you do not feel confortable there... A lot of chinese traders will not give you a rest overall nice place to stay

这个宾馆算不上5星，收费是4星标准，服务只有2星标准，客房很差，而且布置都差不多；我们之前从希尔顿和- 悦榕庄过来，非常失望，前台爱理不理，也没有行李生帮忙拿行李，甚至没有人领去房间；一千二百块左右一晚的- 房间很差，就跟普通二星差不多，第一天晚上空调还是坏的，第二天又加了四百元换了更好的房间，结果和没加钱- 的房间一样，只有景色不错；两天入住的房间浴袍都有汗臭味，感觉是上一位客人穿了服务生没换；加床的床垫里- 面全是钢丝弹簧，硬的无法入睡，要求加一床被子在上面垫一下，服务人员层层审核百般刁难；沙滩躺椅卫生很差- ，又脏又湿，沙滩吧出售的椰子是最难喝的那种，上面还有泥沙；服务人员业务超级不熟，因为加了一个人让加一- 套洗漱寝具，竟然每次拿一件过来，自己都不知道需要拿什么，还要客人一次又一次的提醒。 总之如此的价位（两天房费3000）不推荐住在这里，预定的客人不要把这里了当五星来设想，否则会失望透顶- 。
