Facilities is considered excellent by international standards, especially the presence of a drinking water tap in the bathroom, which is a first in China. Breakfast buffet spread is excellent. The housekeeping maids will come and clean the room regardless of the presence of Do not disturb sign outside the oor handle. Can be quite annoying to those who wake up late. |

It is our second time at this Hotel, everything was fine. About next time I am not sure, because of the bathroom. It has to be reinnowated. |

Everything was fine, breakfast not only for chinese, european also can find something for them. Location is good. Internet was very slow |

helpful staff, nice and good Four Seasons Restaurant room not clean, especially in bathroom, and quite cold with no possibility to adjust room temperature |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but shy about talking with a westerner - I was the only one staying there! Location is great. Decor is excellent. Single room was really big with a double bed. Non-smoking bedroom really was non-smoking(no lingering smell) - a rarity in China. Breakfast was not very good - a lot of choice but badly executed. Room next to mine was being gutted so a little noisy during the day if you wanted a siesta or a lie-in beyond 8:30 am. |

Prettig hotel, goede ligging. Ontbijt zou inbegrepen zijn bij de prijs, maar dit was niet het geval. Het bed was hard. |
