Hotel is located right adjacent to the airport bus drop off point. About 15 mins to west lake by walk. I have one free day there and asked the hotel staff, Ms. Lon (I believed she is a manager there) to help me to book a local tour, she strongly suggested a place for me, which I am very much appreciated her suggestion. It's one of the best place I ever been to. My room is facing a night market. I am at the 11th flr, but could still hear all the noise. If you are trying to sleep early, good luck, they don't finish until 12am. In room thermo don't work very well and room is a bit small. |

Nice staff and are always helpful and friendly, my special thanks to the Asst manager for all help and guidance during my visit to the city.Excellent location, nice breakfast, clean rooms, excellent service. Everything was good. |

Wonderful location for shopping and sighting for the West Lake. It took just 10 minutes for getting. And breakfast is nice. And, staffs are very kindly. You have to book the hotel with Chinese yuan. Because, hotel just accept Chinese yuan. However, the rate of exchange is unfair. And, every staff is kindly, however, some staff cannot speak English. In addition, some staff pretended to understand and always say yes to my answer. And the bath is fusty. It's a common problem of all Chinese hotels in southern region. |

The friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent location. Only a couple of minutes walking from the West Lake The airco seems to work poorly and the breakfast had little choice western food |

I have stayed here twice. The staff is friendly and herlpful. The breakfast is excellent. Same for the location -- just four or five short blocks from West Lake. Rooms very comfortable. Why would I stay anywhere else? |

This hotel is great. Asked for a non-smoking room but none available so was upgraded without any fuss. Staff were only too happy to help with any request. It's really close to the lake and very easy to find. Highly recommended. Buffet breakfast was extensive but could have been warmer. |

Staff speaks very good english, kind and very very helpfull. Location is very good, close to the west lake. Clean, spacious and generous room. Very good beakfast. Absolutely recommended |

Facilities is considered excellent by international standards, especially the presence of a drinking water tap in the bathroom, which is a first in China. Breakfast buffet spread is excellent. The housekeeping maids will come and clean the room regardless of the presence of Do not disturb sign outside the oor handle. Can be quite annoying to those who wake up late. |

Personeel probeerde wel behulpzaam te zijn, maar sprak echt heel slecht Engels; het "International" kunnen ze er echt beter af laten Het was echt een slecht hotel. Uitgeleefde kamer. Amper Westers ontbijt (wel volop Chinees). Onze slaapkamer had geen raam. Airco werkte slecht. Ik heb geen oog dicht gedaan. |

Doskonała lokalizacja. Zgubili naszą rezerwację i niestety nie mieli zarezerwowanych przez nas pokoi. Jednak znaleźli zastepcze , niestety w nieco gorszym wydaniu.Problemy językowe mało osób w recepcji mówi po angielsku.Stare meble. |

Prettige comfortabele kamer met extra's als kimono, een aparte kraan voor drinkwater en een mandje fruit. Daarnaast waterkoker en koelkast e.d.Goede ruime bedden. Hulpvaardig personeel (bij boeken volgend hotel, tips bus). Goed gelegen t.o.v. het Westmeer, winkels en de nightmarket. |
