Excellent location in Qingdao with beautiful view on the Ocean. Next to olympic harbour, plenty of restaurants and great shopping mall High temperature in room and airconditioning was only blowing heat (in winter). Based on facilities a 5 star hotel, but here and there some mistakes in services. Price-quality could be better

Location was good. Variety of dining options good. They did not have the room I had booked so I was allocated another (at slightly higher cost which was irritating). The toilet did not flush properly. I had a cup of coffee in the foyer and it cost RMB 55 (US$ 8.50) which is exhorbitant. It was also crap coffee. Most of the staff in the dining areas spoke no effective english and could offer no help.

Everything: we stayed 3 days and enjoyed every single minute there, starting from breakfast, which was amazing, swimming pool and spa facilities whcih were fantastic (very warm water, music in teh background, sauna in the changing rooms, good quality massage and a getaway feeling especially when the massage girls left us in the room after massage without rushing us to get out), also lobby bar was just overwhelming: amazing desigd, little islands for guests! the room was absolutely fantastic and the friendly professional staff! But the most unforgettable memory was the smell in the hotel: flowers everywhere and very descent smell of flowers welcomed us every time we entered the hotel lobby...How did they do that? Thanks guys!
