InterContinental Resort Jiuzhai Paradise  

After traveling through 100+ cities in 30+ countries world-wide, I believe that this hotel has the biggest and most impressive lobby and largest spa of any hotel I've ever stayed in world-wide. Even more impressive is the fact that the lobby is housed inside a giant transparent bio-sphere; while the spa is inside another giant bio- sphere. Even an experienced traveler who has" been there, done that", "seen it all, done it all" will be pleasantly surprised with the scale of the entire hotel project.

The hotel is located 30+ km away from the city center, 30+ km away from the nearest bus station, 60+ km from the nearest airport.

Well built and designed. Spacious. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is isolately located and so you eat mostly inside hotel. It doesn't offer simple or mid price meal as coffee shop only serve buffet and other restaurants are for fine dining.

Close to nature and airport.

Counter service staff were less then freindly and impatient. Does not ciommunicate well with guests.

Very nice staff, however very few spoke any English which caused some difficulty checking in, ordering food, etc. Since it was an InterCon hotel (international chain) we expected to be able to communicate a bit easier. However given that we were deep inside China not totally surprising.

公共の交通機関もなく、観光地からは遠すぎて、個人旅行で宿泊するには不便。

美丽的风景和周到的服务

O resort e sua estrutura são maravilhosos, bem ambientados e muito agradáveis. Possuem uma ampla área comum, com lagos, aves e estátuas chinesas. Além disso, promovem shows típicos para entreter seus visitantes. O quarto era amplo e muito bonito, com uma linda vista para as montanhas. Sem custo adicional, pedimos um quarto como banheira e sais, o que realmente valeu a pena no frio de Jiuzhaigou.

Pelo booking não compreendi que tudo além do quarto era pago a parte. O shuttle bus até o national park era 50 rmb por dia, e a linda piscina que se vê nas fotos na verdade faz parte de um spa, cujo pacote mínimo era de aproximadamente 200 rmb na época que visitamos. O complexo também contém 3 restaurantes, bons e com preços razoáveis, à excessão do café da manhã, cerca de 150 rmb (nada que comprar pães e frutas antes não resolva). A localização do hotel é fora da estrada principal, o que talvez cause um pouco de problemas com taxis e principalmente ônibus provenientes de outros lugares, como o aeroporto.

Netterweise wurden wir bei unserer Anreise in ein Executive Zimmer geupgraded. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Komplex gibt es diverse Restaurants, die vom Preisniveau her eher gehoben, geschmacklich aber den Restaurants außerhalb des Resorts unterliegen. Der Park Jiuzhaigou ist ca. 45min Fahrt vom Hotel entfernt. Der Flughafen ebenfalls. Das Hotel ist inmitten der Berge gelegen und durch die große Glaskuppel hat man immer freien Blick auf die Berge. Der Pool ist super für Schwimmer, da endlich mal schön lange Bahnen und großzügig angelegt. Als wir da waren, war er allerdings nicht beheizt... aber dennoch beschwimmbar.

Das Personal spricht wenn, dann nur gebrochen english. Vor allem in den Restaurants. Die Qualität des Essens war im Vergleich zu allen anderen Stationen unserer Reise überteuert und nicht sonders schmackhaft.

It's fantastic and the hotel itself is a very lovely scenery spot. I strongly recommend this hotel which deserves the first choice when u gonna travel in this area.

One of the front desk staff is not patient enough which left me with a bad impression.

Staff dont speak english and this is a 5 star international hotel Difficult to order room service Ordering a side of "French fries" and "vegetables" was impossible as they could not understand these words! The hot springs were nice, but the staff just stare at you, speak no english and need some decent training!

环境、服务、酒店设施等较满意，离机场较近（与沟口酒店比）

游泳池与温泉捆绑，使只想游泳，不想泡温泉的小孩很失望。
