However, the hotel didn't tell me that they intend to charge the payment in ntd, instead of rmb. Furthermore, they calculated the payment at a very bad currency rate. That made me very angry. I had asked for a no smoking room with a king size bed and when I went to check in they said they could only give me a smoking room with twin beds. I refused to accept this and eventually they upgraded me to the Club Floor. I had to make a separate booking for my last night as my schedule had changed. They then proceeded to say I would need to move rooms for this night. Eventually they saw reason. I also feel that the food is never hot in the breakfast buffet.
