spacious room, newly renovated. Front desk staffs are very helpful. Good location. Stayed for 5 days,the buffet breakfast selections were exactly the same everyday. It will be perfect, if they can make some rotation. |

Please write at least 15 words Very Friendly staffs very impressed with the International standard service and room is big and this is a China Own Brand Hotel and is really world class service and world class decoration, I feel this Hotel care for the Guests very well and in the evening after a busy business trade show, the Hotel offer free food and drinks and wine !!! WOW!!! where can you find that in any other Hotel ?? This Hotel has won my Heart and i look forward to stay again |

service is efficient and adequate, it's hassel free. the mattress is quite firm, not too comfortable. however, it seems most of Chinese Hotel has this type of mattress. maybe it caters to mainland china clientile. |

Good & Big rooms, it was clean, staff were very helpful, there is a computer at in the room with internet facility. The breakfast area can accomadate only around 25 people |

The location is very good. The staff of the hotel was a burden. Despite their friendly and appearence they are completly incompetent, with no shame of doing things completly unacceptable in any other country of the world. After charging my credit card excessivly for deposit - up to cca 2000 EUR for few nights staying, they kept insisting that I need to pay more deposit. its proximity to pazhou complex , enthusiastic staff (language barier is still stiff), courteous service, good eating places at walking distance There practise of taking entire money upfront then cancelling that charge and asking for payment again , they say thats the standard chinese practise, |

1) I booked the room for my parents, not myself. I used my credit card to book the room and asked the hotel to charge to my credit card. But the hotel refused to accept my credit card. They said the reason was that I was not there. So my parents had to pay themself. 2) My parents noticed that there were mosquitoes in their room and had to call room service for mosquito repellents. |
