Excellent location, right next to an underground station. The rooms are clean, and I had a room at the back which was very quiet. The japanese / asian dinner buffet is not good; it's great! Some of the staff could be a little more friendly, as is often the case in Chinese hotels, but overall it's okay. The shower in my room had very low water pressure, which shouldn't happen in a hotel like this. The coffee at breakfast is awful: it only had the color, but no taste at all.

上海のこの立地で、とてもお得感がある。スタッフも丁寧で英語も通じる。退室時に部屋に忘れ物をしたが、清- 算している最中にすぐに連絡が入り、忘れ物せずに済んだ。スタッフの教育や訓練が行き届いているのでしょう- 。 洗面室やシャワーの設備が古く、使いにくかった。

Vicinanza alla stazione della metropolitana e numerosi centri commerciali, staff cortese con una buona conoscenza dell'inglese Il bagno era piccolo, scomodo e bisognoso di una profonda ristrutturazione. La pulizia della camera era in generale carente.

とてもコストパフォーマンスの高いホテルです。ミネラルウォーター、コーヒー、紅茶、お茶、フルーツ、お菓- 子が無償提供されてました。有線ですが、インターネットも無料で接続できます。また、クローゼットにはバス- ローブと浴衣、セーフティボックスやアイロン、傘などが常備されており、本当に快適に過ごさせていただきま- した。歯ブラシセットやシェーバー、コットンや綿棒などアメニティも充実しており、このホテルに宿泊するの- であればかなり荷物が減らせそうだと思いました。スタッフもフレンドリーですし、フロントでも日本人とわか- ると、日本語で説明してくれようとしてくださいました。おすすめします！

値段の割には奇麗で非常に快適でした。 アメニティも充実していたと思います。 騒音も気になりませんでした。 非常に寒がりなのもあるのですが、ヒーターが使えないのが困りました。 ウォッシュレットが新品で嬉しかったのですが、何故か使えたり使えなかったりで機能が不安定でした。

Location to metro and to shopping area. Most of the time, taxis were available. The food was not great. People outside of front/lobby doors soliciting for prostitutes.
