Golden Comfort Hotel Zhuhai  

Location - right at the entrance to Lian Hua Road & Bar Street. Also walking distance to GongBei Border, Underground Shopping Centre.

No free bottle of drinking water. Strong cigarette smell along the corridor and in the room.

The bed was very confortable. The tv was not bad at all, brand new actually! It is from 5 minutes walk to the border.

Bathroom was not very clean, many moisture stains were visible.

Website pictures not exactly a true reflection of the hotel and rooms. Fitting and fixtures are old and worn. Not exactly near to gongbei custom/ underground shopping. Staff weren't very helpful. Charges for everything and was not very honest with hidden charges. Check out time differs from what was stated on booking.com and the hotel staff insists ignorance of what was stated on website.

Lots of eateries around the vicinity

It is quite convenient as it is near Gongbei border about 10-15mins walk. If you are having luggages, you may prefer to take a cab which costs only about CNY10. There are also shops just opposite the hotel and there are roadside stalls just beside the hotel which opens at about 10pm plus which you can try for supper. You can try the BBQ food plus their local Tsing Tao beer. The bed and pillow is quite comfortable where we can have a good night rest. The staff were helpful enough to answer all our queries on the price of cab fares, nearby eating and shopping places, and a good place for massage.

The downsides are that there are many beggars nearby the hotel. When we were having supper at one of the stalls nearby, many beggars came to approach us which makes us very uncomfortable. Another minus point is that there the toilet is translucent, whereby you can see through thus there is no privacy and makes us uncomfortable with that.

Its very good location and very convenient for people those wanna shopping and eating...

Value for money. Very good location with walkable distance to GongBei, and bus terminal (10 min.). The bed was very comfortable with pillow-top king size mattress. That was really unexpected as they describe the bed as large-double. Two small bottles of water are complimentary (in the bar-fridge), not the big ones. In their advertisement they mention that there is a restaurant in the hotel. There is NO restaurant in the hotel. However, there are many restaurants nearby.

The carpet of our bedroom was dirty when we arrived. We asked the cleaning staff to vaccuum it and it was done immediately. Problem solved. The hotel advertises that it includes toiletteries. The only ones that are included are shampoo and body wash in the shower stall. Anything else, you must pay: re: 8 rmb for toothbrushes & toothpaste. The toilet and shower are in the same enclosure, therefore most of the floor gets wet after showering. Slippers are the reusable ones, for sanitary reason, better bring your own flip-flops (which you will need on the wet bathroom floor...) The staff does not speak English.

Big rooms, clean and quiet. Free internet on the room.

The bathroom is semi-transparent, so not that much privacy. You have to pay for the tooth brush and other creams.

出かけている間に部屋を涼しくしておく方法があれば良いと思います、戻ってから冷えるまでには、かなりの時- 間がかかります。 タオル類の傷みがひどいです、使用には差し支えないかもしれませんが、穴の開いたものは処分してほしい。 見れるテレビのチャンネル数が中国にしては少ないです 映像がずっと止まったままのチャンネルもありました、これは、ホテルの事情ではないかもしれませんが。。。-

Hi 你好, 我来自马来西亚依玲 ,5月3日在Golden Comfort Hotel 住一天,很多市场&找吃的也很方便,要过澳门也进5分钟到10分钟,可以住方便:>

国境から歩いて行ける。 夜中まで食べ物の露店が開いているところからから近く、 遅くの食事も可能。

バスタブ無し。シャワーのみ。 中国語しか話せないスタッフが多く、言葉の壁が(勉強不足です）

地點靠近步行街 很方便

1. 房間清潔不佳 2. 未清楚標示mini bar收費項目 3. 冷氣聲音極大 4. 電視, 洗水台皆有損壞狀況

立地が良いことに尽きます。 蓮花路をずっと歩いていくと大きな通りに出るのですが、見上げるとそこにホテルの看板が見つけられると思い- ます。 部屋は、洗面台や大きなベッドがあり、まあまあ快適でした。

受付スタッフは接客は良いですが、英語でのコミュニケーション（説明や案内）はできないようでした。そして- Check in時にDepositをとられるので気をつけてください。

Gute Lage, in Shopping Centre, nah zu Bus Terminal und Macau Grenze

Dirty Carpet, old Rooms, Personal can not speak English, by Credit card Paing, I was not sure they canceled my deposit. I couldn't explain, because they can not understand. I planed to stay 3 night there, but after first night, changed my Hotel.

また、利用したい。

dirtiest place ever! carpets, walls, bathroom, windlows, glasses and cups, towels, bathrobes keeping the dirt of at least twenty people. plus not a very friendly staff, knowing about all these problems and doing nothing about it. This hotel does not worth to be on Booking.com list!

退房時，那員工說我們撕開了一包安全套，但我們並沒有撕過，只開了一份漱口用品，但他們並沒有問清楚就肯定- 說我們撕開，還說一定是我們，要我們一定要付錢，但我們因沒有做過，堅持不付款，最後付費時，未經同意就用- 我們的信用卡過數因為我們決定用現金付費，員工服務態度欠隹，當中還感受到有欺騙成份，我們經常旅遊租住酒- 店，這間令我感覺最差一間，令我們旅程增加了不愉快。
