Hotel staff at check-in counter was not well trained. There was a staff who was the one of the worst staffs I have ever met. |

The sauna, gym rooms. The hotel is noisy, people smoke all over the place I asked as it was my 5th and last time I stayed at this hotel for a non smoking room. My room reeked of smoke, the towels, pillows, sheets and more. I complained that my heating was not working but they never came to fix it. When asked to move to a non smoking room they said will do so but never contacted me again |

ambience and service ice machine not working everyday. The price quoted in US dollars when booking was lower than what was finally paid. How come? |

Freundliches Personal, vor allem in der Küche (betr. Köche) beim Abend-Buffet. Es fehlt ein Regal oder Schrank im Zimmer, d.h., man muss aus dem Koffer leben, da keinerlei Ablage für Hemden o.ä. |

ダブルベットの喫煙部屋を予約したが、実際に部屋に到着したら、禁煙の部屋でした。喫煙部屋に変えてもらいましたが、ツインの部屋になってしまいました。ベットが小さくなってしまい、不満でした。 チェックイン時に対応したカウンターの従業員がガムを噛んでいて、気分的に良い感じがしなかった。タクシーがなかなかつかまらない。 |

タクシーの来るのが遅すぎる。またベルボーイの対応も悪い。一度はタクシーの運転手が3人もいたのにもかかわらず働こうとしていなかった。とにかくこのホテルはタクシーの便が悪すぎるし、対応も遅い。最悪！！！ 喫煙室の窓が少しも開けられるところがないのは非常に不快でした。もし喫煙室の窓を閉めっぱなしにするのであれば、空調をもう少し充実させてほしい！ |
