It was conveniently near the Metro. Breakfast finished too early. The rooms seemed tired and in need of refurbishment. Windows were dirty and I think there should be wifi in the rooms.

This our return trip to the hotel and as with the last time we were more than satisfied with all aspects of the hotel, except the breakfast costs were more than we expected. As I conduct business with the WeiYu School in Yishan Lu I fine this hotel continues to be ideal.

Friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. Sound-proof quality, little noise heard from inside and outside Bread and croissants were not very good for the continental breakfast. Bottle opener missing from minibar

Sijainti oli minulle hyvä. Kuntosali, sauna ja metro olivat kaikki helposti saavutettavissa. No eipä juurikaan, kaikki toimi, tosin lobby bar oli kallis kuin myös aamiainen johon tosin sitten kuului lähes kaikki mahdollinen.

Buffet im Restaurant sowohl betreffend Frühstück als auch Abendessen reichhaltig in der Auswahl (chinesisch und europäisch), allerdings auch teuer im Vergleich mit externen Restaurants. Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Fahrstühle vorbildlich ausgelegt (keine Wartezeit). Das Hotel wurde vor über 15 Jahren von der Sheraton-Gruppe gebaut und war damals eines der modernsten und besten in Shanghai. Mittlerweile sind zumindestens die Zimmer dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Das zeigt sich z.B. an den beschädigten sanitären Einrichtungen, den stark verdreckten Teppichen und den veralteten / defekten Schreibtischen. Es fehlt in einigen Räumen eine Ablage für Kleidung. Diese Mängel können auch durch den besten Housekeeping - Service nicht ausgeglichen werden. Ich besuche das Hotel seit seiner Fertigstellung und überlege mir nun, zukünftig ein anderes Hotel zu wählen.

无 设施老旧；空调打到最低也不制冷；有线宽带接在电脑上，甚至网卡灯都不亮（我确定我的电脑网卡没有问题），- 后来发现是酒店房间的网线根本不通；就这样的网络一天还收58元（当然，我没买。可毕竟这样的设施和服务配- 不上五星的级别）；服务员态度一般，不够热情，也达不到五星级的要求。
