This is an excellent choice for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday with great family facilities. The location is good too - Dadonghai is definitely the best area to be in Sanya. Highly recommend this hotel - best we stayed at throughout our trip. Not really, there's not much English spoken but still more than anywhere else in Hainan - the staff are very friendly. If you can't climb steps then you may be a bit restricted but there is a complimentary golf cart to take guests between 2 of the resort levels. |

Free shuttle service in the hotel area because it consists of several buildings and pools. Atm also was located in the lobby. The walls were way too thin. Everything heard from the hallways and other rooms. Staff were quite noisy and several mornings started aroud 7-8 am when they ceaned around. |

Lyhyt matka rannalle joko kävellen tai hotellin ilmaisella mopokyydillä. Henkilökunnan englanninkielen taito täysin olematon. Koko henkilökunasta vain pari ihmistä puhui englantia eivätkä he olleet paikalla aina. Huonepalvelua ei siis voinut puhelimitse käyttää. Myöskään hotellissa ei ymmärretty booking.comin kautta tehtyä varaustamme vaikka he varauksen tulostetusta paperistamme tekivätkin. |

Het enige positieve: er was één persoon aan de balie die een beetje engels sprak en begreep. De rest van het personeel sprak alleen maar chinees. Dit is beslist geen hotel voor individuele westerse reizigers. M en begrijpt niks en is ook niet van plan moeite te doen om wat te begrijpen. Er was geen enkele informatie over omgevind E.D. in het engels aanwezig. Het "westerse "restaurant was meer chinees dan westers. Ontbijtbuffet beprekt. Televisie op de kamer had alleen chinese zenders en één engelse filmzender ( hbo). |

Mycket bekvämt Svårt att hitta, det tog 2 timmar med hjälp av många människor. Ingen hade hört namnet Jin Jiang, förvirrande pga att det heter bara Sanya Royal garden resort. |
