Htl was good compare with its price. staff freindly. Hotel location too far away. Always had problem with the taxi to find the hotel.

The rooms were very modern and comfortable. We chose it for close proximity to the airport but it's a bit out in the backblocks of Pudong - even our driver has trouble finding it. There are closer hotels but it was good value for money.

Friendly staffs and very clean comfortable new hotel. Like the bar area drink and food selections simple but good with its large open space and some partition room (not like some other Chinese bar with only partition spaces). 20 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes taxi to the wild animal park, good for family to stay, would recommend. No baby cot. Breakfast was serving only Chinese food (no cold milk or cold juice or even cereals).

Hotelzimmer selbst Kein Außenpool nutzbar. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprach kaum Englisch. Restaurant war bei Ankunft (21:30 h) bereits geschlossen. Anfahrt zum Hotel - lag wohl am Fahrer - 38 km, Rückfahrt zum Flughafen 12 km.

The service manner in breakfast area is excellent. I was tired to get into the hotel and checked in to get the room key, the room is in the 19th floor. When I uesed the key card to get into the room and tried to insert the card into the electricity control slot, unfortunately, it did not work. I called the front desk and told him the problem. He guessed the problem coming from the key card. When he told me to go to the front desk to get another key card, I was so surprised why he did not think to give me a break let somebody else send a new key to me.

The room was good and clean, and the location was also good. These are the only good aspects. Almost non of the staff could speak english, very limited western food options, no money exchange in the hotel, not helpful staff

Fantastic room at a superb price, shuttle service to airport very cheap, lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Only serve chinese food. Made us pay a large cash deposit and is hard to find even for a taxi driver.

It was cheap and quiet. The location: our cab driver, coming from Hongqiao Train Station, had lots of trouble finding the place. The breakfast was awful. The pictures on the website are misleadingly attractive.
