The staf were professionnall and effective. Booking in and out went quickly. Breakfast was up to expectations. The hotel is situated about 12- 15 minutes from the Metro/Subwasy, making it convenient to travel around in Shanghai. There was a discussion as to the price confirmed by booking.com. The staff stated a price which was double of what was confirmed by booking.com. I was surprised but the desk manager said said she would check with sales and revert after I moved into my room. The desk manager reverted and confirmed the price. A point booking.com should note as users of the site do not expect a discssion as to the price when booking in. Because the price has already been confirmed by booking.com. I had to point to the confirmed price specifically in the written confirmation. |

The service is good et the workers are very gentil The noise due to renovation during our stay at the hotel. However I know it was circontential. |

i stayed in this hotel because my friends where staying there! they gave a room with an old bathroom, my friends had a room that has been just renovated and they paid the same amount of money as me! |

Great views at night breakfast the best i have ever had very clean The hotel spa and gym games room was shut for 3 months while work was being carried out but i was not informed prior to booking , that was one of the main reasons i booked it so at night i could relax booking .com said internet free in room had own computer and was still charged . |

Rather comfort room, many services, but charged. Good placement Deposit money in advance is needed - not comfort to echange it back in airport. Not easy to take a bath - water leaks out rapidly in some notchs |

Der Preis über Booking.com war deutlich billiger als der Listenpreis vor Ort, der erste Eindruck war gut, für Shanghai eine fast zentrale Lage (5-10 min Taxi bis Nanjing road) Bauarbeiten im Hotel von 7.30 an und sogar Nachts um 1.00 wahrscheinlich Temporär aber unangenehm), Teilweise sehr unfreundliches Personal, extreme Geruchsbelästigung aus den Abflüssen des Badezimmers während der gesamte Zeit, wer sehr harte Matratzen mag ist hier gut aufgehoben, etwas mehr Sauberkeit in den Zimmern und den Fluren dürfte man bei dem Listenpreis erwarten |

Hotel récent et extrèmement bien situé dans Shanghai pour le prix Le personnel de l'hotel est complètement perdu voir parfois carrément pas aimable. La fenêtre est restée ouverte tout le séjour car cassé et jamais réparée malgré de nombreuses demandes==> bruit de la rue. Ne prendre cet hotel que si vous avez un budget serré et voulez résider dans le centre de shaghai. |

Los taxistas no batallaban nada para dar con el hotel, además de que afuera siempre había taxis que tomar y dirigirse a cualquier lugar. En el bussiness center siempre daban información equivocada sobre horarios de trenes, distancia de ciudades aledañas, etc, además de que no manejaban bien el idioma inglés, y si son los que tratan directamente con turistas, deberían estar mejor preparados. Había reservado una habitación con vista al río y siento que fui defraudada! |
