they have free wifi in the room ( it was ok for 2 days and the last day, we could not get the wifi at al - but it was better than nothing ). we had rain shower in the room which was good. stayed there for 3 nights in the deluxe king room. the lady at the front office ( seems like a senior staff - she had a different uniform ) was not friendly at all...not a smile on her face. From her expression, it seems like we were a bother to her ! since this is our first time, naturally we had questions to ask and there was some language barrier...they seem irritated when you ask them questions even though there wasn't any other guest at the counter. breakfast was not great - doesn't look appetising. My cup of noodle tasted better. we had dinner there on the 1st nite, picture looks good on the menu but taste is so so. there are signs in the hotel showing - coffee/salon etc.. - but none of these exist in the hotel. room wise - worn out carpets.

Good location. Way overpriced for an aging two-star hotel. The "breakfast" that comes with the room is not good, though it is plentiful. I'd expect a Chinese hotel to be able to make tea that doesn't taste and smell like a cigarette. Maybe I expect too much.

Value for money with large comfortable rooms. Bed was good too as it was firm and comfortable. Location of hotel great about 2 minutes away by taxi to Jiuzhaigou national park or 20 minutes walking. About 5 minutes walking is a nice small village with delicious local food and barbeque. Good shopping too.Overall very satisfied We book two rooms. One of them had slight cigarette smell but not enough to be overwhelming

The hotel is ok, but far from being a high-end hotel. It is amazing that this hotel is advertised on booking.com and almost no personnel speaks English. The hotel is fine, but far from being a high standard hotel as described. It is a little far from the park. So, if you plean to stay one night and go, you probably want to have something closer to the park.

Location was good. A short taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou National Park. Being a Tibetan region and in the mountain I had set my expectation that this 4* hotel is really <3*. For a 4* hotel, with <3* service, it's too expensive. I stayed in 2 other cities; all rated 4*. The other two (Chengdu Buddhazen and Xian Citadines) were far cheaper and really represented good value. However, I would still stay here as the next grade up is Sheraton, which cost a lot more. There are not many choice of hotel of this class for the same price Note that there's no air conditioning, although it advertised that it is. We were there for 3 nights... The so called air continuing did not work. The staff was kind enough to provide a standing fan. Ths was acceptable as the night temperature was cooler in August

This was really nice hotel. The location was good. The hotel stands maybe 1 km from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou national park. And it's really nice walk trough one village. The staff was friendly. One of the staff members could speak a little bit english and the manager could also speak english. They always tried to help us as hard as they could. The rooms were clean and really nicely decorated. The breakfast was good and quite many-sided for being the chinese breakfast. There isn't actually much negative to say about this hotel. Sometimes at night there was a bit noise, when other guests were talking. But nothing really to complain about. The price was maybe a little bit high compared to other hotels in China. It's still a good value for the money.

El confort del hotel. Conexión a internet mala. Nivel de inglés muy básico. Retirado de la entrada del parque. Desayuno únicamente chino, ninguna clase de comida occidental. Limpieza de cubiertos no muy buena.

We liked the great location close to the entrance of the amazing Jiuzhaigou National Nature Park. The hotel was clean and the crew did their best to support and help us in any problem. In spite that most of the workers did not know English, Manager Liang who spock English fluently was there to help us immediately upon request. We did not like very much the hotel's breakfast wwhich may suit Chinese visitors.

Good location, 5 min drive to scenic gate by taxi. Near small shop and resto with local food, good value for money. Room to cool for us, heater facility was not working. Breakfast with standard Chinese style. Wifii was not strong enough.
