- le souci de satisfaire le client : nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits à suivre en février , or nous avons dû changer notre programme de visite en avril , ces 3 nuits se sont trouvées fractionnées , le personnel de l'hôtel a accedé sans problème à nos désirs et a même conservé en dépot les bagages dont nous n'avions pas besoin entre deux nuits à l'hôtel - la gentillesse du personnel : accueil ménage , restauration
