Expected of good class resort - service and facilities. They also upgraded my room which was nice. The location is abit quiet/off. There isn't much other eateries or hotels around the premises, so you are stuck inside hotel unless you intend to bus into City. The front lounge area has too many mosquitoes and left many red marks and itches on my body during 2 hr rest. They really ought to do something about it..when I was at Intercontinental Sanya, I don't face such problem.

This hotel has cheated us big time they charged our credit card without authorization and then told us that they would not refund the money (basically get stuffed). They also overcharged over and amount the price of the room. Dont ever book with this hotel - they are frauds and cheats. The hotel is a fraud and cheats. They said they did not have our credit card details and then continued to charge us for the room even after we had cancelled. Not only that they overcharged us and then refused to refund the money.

Adorei o hotel em geral incluindo toda a área de jardins, piscinas e praias. O ambiente é familiar, eu como viajante individual senti segurança e conforto. Adorei a praia, o vento a fazer música com as folhas das arvores de coco, super romântico , vou voltar.

отличный отель, большая зеленая территория. оценить количество гостей могли лишь на завтраке, не смотря на их количество лежаков всегда хватало в любое время дня. особенно хочется отметить спа-салон, изумительно!

Excellent hotel. Seul hôtel sur la baie de Sanya directement sur la plage. Pas besoin de traverser la route. Chambres immenses et luxueuses avec jaccuzzi sur le balcon. Très grande piscine très propre. Plage privée avec transats et parasols. Bon petit déjeuner. Le bus numéro 26 stationne devant l'hôtel et vous emmène directement au centre ville de Sanya pour 3 yuan. Hôtel idéal pour séjour détente. Un peu loin de tout, il n'y a rien aux alentours de l'hôtel. Restaurants de l'hotel chers. Pas de wifi dans les chambres.

Отель очень красивый, зеленый. Отдельное спасибо Русскому Михаилу, работнику отеля. Всегда Помогает и все знает таккак живет там уже 1,5 года. Очень большие и красивые номера. Супер кровать! Нормальные завтраки. Огромный пляж. В целом нам понравилось. неоправданно все дорого. За пару банок пива и сока в минибаре заплатили 4000 р. В пуланере пиво хорошее но опять же цены кусаются если еще и заказывать еду. Можно оставить 7000-10000 р. Брали номер с видом на сад (7217) а друзья бронировали на горы (3221) у них и дешевле и реально сад был виден а у нас не понятно что! море всегда мутное из-за волн.

очень хорошее месторасположение. очень комфортный отель, собственный пляж, много бассейнов стоимость услуг и еда в ресторане, которая превышает стоимость в ресторанах города в 5-10 раз. рядом с гостинницей есть только одна "кафешка" где можно поесть, дешевле конечно получится, но не на много (если брать морепродукты). лучше брать такси, и вечером выезжать в город. там очень много ресторанов разнообразных, где можно приятно посидеть и вкусно поесть.
