Location! Very easy to get on the subway which can take you to anywhere.
It wasn't very clean especially the bathroom. Lighting wasn't good as I couldn't read the newspaper in the room.
в центре старого города.!0 минут до метро.Несложно найти
Location vs price
You have to pay for the towels - as they were not included in the room rate!
The location is perfect to catch the Quianmen train. Bank,Starbucks,Local restaurants near.
The restaurant staff is really lazy!!
The location was excellent and central to everything. Easy to find things around, walking distance to most of what you want to see. Long walks, but everything is big and expansive and so good walking shoes needed enjoy time comfortably :-)
Location is great not far from metro station and shopping area. Good value for money.
We booked two rooms. One room was ok, the other had broken shower room doors and as a result of that bathroom was always wet. the same room was very noisy as well. The hotel had no information for tourists no maps or tours on offer. Breakfast was poor, I don't recommend you eat here.
wifi in the lobby only
There's no wifi as stated at the time I bookes this hotel. This hotel is not non smoking and it smells.
no wifi, just in lobby most of the staff does not speak english
Helpful staff Great location
No wifi in room. Small room Air-conditioning working poorly
Everything. If you like to stay in an absolute dump in a good location then this is the hotel for you. the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Wifi was virtually non-existant - you had to sit in the lobby between 10 am to 1p.m to get connected - a time when everyone was out. Breakfast was awful. Staff were rude and unfriendly - knew little or no English. No maps available for tourists and nor were staff able to help with directions to places.
Room was smallish but quite clean, although it smelled fairly strongly of smoke, which we didn’t’ like. King bed vy comfortable. Bathroom big enough for two and quite clean and bright; shower worked very well, and lots of hot water. Two big, clean towels and two small hand towels. Elevators fast and always available. Good service with evening acrobat show. Helpful staff speaks good English. Did not eat in restaurant; upon examination, buffet breakfast didn’t look too appetizing. Very good location for the greater downtown area, and close to metro. Many buses stop near front door. Good neighbourhood – no concerns or hassles. Did not use the tv in four days, but large flat screen wall mounted tv. Quiet location, although front street fairly busy. Decent, quiet, clean clientele, including many foreigners.
No Wi-Fi or cable internet in room. If one were to spend much time in the room, one would find it too confining, but we were out all day, so not an issue for us. Not comfortable to sit at the desk and work – not enough room for a chair – had to sit on the bed to use computer.
ideal location close to everything good price an shopping areas
Its just so so
Central location, closeness to subway Qianmen Station (10 mins walk)
We like the location near the Beijing Square and Hu Tong shopping district. Also good bus and Metro transportation. Good price for the location.
Room temperature control was turned off, and the room was hot. Elevator does not go to all the floors, so we had to carry our luggage up one flight of stairs. Noisy - but that can be expected in the crowded district where we were.
Staff was good and generally helpfull, although the coudn't order any tickets unless you went to the travel agency that the hotel runs (same pricey tours that every tout agency in Beijing offers)
On the first day, room not clean. Dusty, hair in the shower, stains on sheets, and big toe nail on the floor. We asked then to clean it properly and though there was improvement, it seemed that the cleaning was very superficial. (the big toe nail was discovered 2 days later underneath the curtain...). The location is pretty good (close to the metro and a bus stop), however Beijing buses aren't managable for the non chinese speaking tourist.
Position is great. Price we got was reasonable. Good breakfast
Typical Chinese hotel - not very clean and a constant smell of cigarettes. The bar on the top floor has the most expensive beer in China.
Good location near subway, good prices
The staff were helpful and the location excellent
The room smelt of cigarettes
