Excellent head concierage. Very good recommendations There is a wie gap in the rooms with some of the rooms being quite old

Room design is good and clean. View of window has good city view. Check-out time needs to be quicker. The process needs to be reviewed and improve so that guest spend less time waiting in line and also at the counter.

夜の睡眠時間を除き、朝から晩まで室内工事の騒音で、部屋にいることが苦痛だった。５つ星のホテルとしてあ- りえない状況だった。これまで中国の５つ星には数十回宿泊しているが、二度と宿泊したくないと思った初めて- の５つ星だった。

طاقم متعاون جدا على الرغم من عدم إتقان البعض منهم اللغة الانجليزية عيب الفندق ان فيه ترميم في الأدوار العلوية مما سبب بعض الإزعاج خاصة في أوقات النهار أوقات العمل الترميم في الفندق وأعمال الصيانة سببت إزعاج كبير

Me parece un hotel con una relación calidad-precio muy buena. Esta bien situado para ir de compras, las habitaciones están bastante bien y la limpieza es buena. No recomiendo el desayuno ya que es caro y la mayoria es comida china. Personal bastante atento y buenas instalaciones. Nosotros hemos estado varias noches intercaladas ya que visitamos otras ciudades y dejabamos las maletas en el hotel varios días hasta la vuelta y sin problemas.

Asiallinen hotelli. Huone ei vastannut odotuksiani viiden tähden hotellista. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone oli melko pieni verrattuna siitä saamaani kuvaan. Aika ahtaasti kalustettu ja hieman nuhjuisen oloinen.
