The hotel is in a fanstastic location - to the front of the the hotel is beautiful West Lake and to the rear of the hotel is the main shopping area. The view from our window was dreadful. It would have overlooked the grand indoor reception area of the hotel but this was hidden by the false ceiling structure which was directly outside the window |

Good location, can be good price if booked early (2 months ahead in my case). Room clean. Good front desk service. Can't comment on food (didn['t try it). Noise from nearby road could be annoying if such things bother you. Not much of a view of the lake from my room (332) but probably because it's one of the cheaper rooms. Although clean, decor could do with a bit of tidying up - for a 4* it's faded. Didn't think much of paying for internet connection in a 4* hotel. |

Location is very good, with easy access to the West Lake and the beatiful parks around. The lobby area is nice, the concierge helpful. You should rent bikes across the road though. A bit tired, could need a refurbishement. Lots of carpets in brown colours. Too small room for a small family. Would not recommend their lake view room, you can not see too much of the lake anyway, and they are much noisier. Late checkout was not possible. |

I liked how convenient it was to the west lake and cycle hire.Very close to the train station too. Cycle hire was very over priced and we were advised not to hire them if we were intending to leave them anywhere for a period of time. This for most people is usually the main aim of hiring cycles so I suggest the hotel reviews this policy. |

for a tourist the location may be ok, for business don't, it takes forever to get there (downtown). I am a business traveler, not many positive things about this hotel, unfriendly people, bad service, (cannot even order roomservice in english, I mean come on !) And paying for an internet connection is not normal in china. |

Besonders hat uns das Restaurant mit Blick auf den See gefallen. Allerdings Preise im Vergleich zu hoch! Das Untergeschoß, vor allem das Schwimmbad war mehr als enttäuschend. |
