The city of Hangzhou is lovely. especially the lake. this hotel is an easy taxi ride to all that we needed to visit. the staff were very friendly and as helpful as they were able to be the first rooms that we were allocated were near some work being done on the floors. we did not like the noise and dust, when we mentioned this at reception we were swiftly moved to nicer rooms |

it is so far from the lake (XIHU) you must walk to the attraction about half an hour,may be you take a taxi. For the Double room just one free breakfast, very poor. |

I just love that hotel, I definitely will go there. If you have a chance to book in good price (mine was 70 usd) dont miss it. relaxing place and beautiful view. |

Номер обставлен неплохо, комфортный и удобный, есть все что нужно. Дизайн номер тоже хороший, в восточном стиле, много дерева. Звукоизоляция очень хорошая. Завтрак отличный. Цены завышены. Номер маловат. Прийдя в душ понимаешь, что даже в пятизвездочном отеле что-то может быть непродумано. Например нет крючков, куда можно повестить халат и полотенце. Душевая кабина и комната совмещена, т.е. пар идет в комнату, а холодный воздух из кондиционера в душевую. При регистрации требуют депозит, в районе 500 юаней (70$). Но самое главное то, что отель расположен совсем не там, где его показывает этот сайт!!! Тут показано, что отель вроде как на восточном побережье озера Xihu, а на самом деле, он южнее озера где-то на 2.5 км!!! Т.е. до озера еще надо прилично прогуляться. К сожалению я об этом узнал слишком поздно. |

日本語は全く通じませんので、旅行なれしたかたにはおすすめ出来ると思います。 設備については、多くを期待して行くとがっかりします。プールは小さくても欲しいところです。 しかしながら、のんびり滞在して杭州観光には良いと思います。 アクセスはK12番のバス終点シルクミュージアムから徒歩5分です。 ホテルの英語名と中国名が全くリンクしていないので、 藍天•清水湾国際大酒店(蓮花峰路)と伝えないとタクシーで辿り着くのは困難です。 予約時と部屋のタイプの変更を余儀なくされました事などで、チェックインがもたつきました。 約束通りの価格でアップグレードしてくれましたが、私が一人旅でなければトラブルになっていたかもしれませ- ん。 |

Действительно шикарные комфортные номера. Хорошая кухня. Талончики на завтрак -? их могут принести в самый неподходящий момент. Может нужно, чтобы был какой то один признак на все время пребывания, например № комнаты. |

stille atmosphäre im hotel und auf den fluren, sehr ruhig,personal freundlich und umsichtig,frühstück war sehr gut warten auf ein taxi vor dem hotel kann sehr lange dauern, das hotel hat keinen außenpool,die verbindung zur innenstadt dauert etwas, die entfernung zum see ca. 15 min., es ist zu empfehlen in den monaten oktober bis mai, dierestliche zeit unerträglich warm |

Hôtel de haut niveau et pas cher, car environ 60 € pour un telle chambre c'est cadeau par rapport à ce qu'on a en France. Très belle chambre, surtout pour des petits amoureux jeunes ou anciens, vu la séparation quelque peu transparente entre belle salle de bains et les grands lits et vue sur une colline verdoyante! Belle présentation, tout est propre et soigné! Réfrigérateur pas très froid! Hôtel un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville, mais 15 à 20 mn à pieds du lac de l'Ouest d'Hangzhou, c'est faisable. |

设备新，环境好。 管理混乱，特别是前台服务人员素质极端的低，服务态度是前所未见的恶劣。说含早餐，但其实只有一人是免费的- ，另外一人要自费50元（入住时并没说明），另外空调不行。酒店在我们入住当天推广价（推广传单上写的）3- 68元人民币，我们通过BOOKING预定却支付了468元人民币，这是为什么？？？？？？？？？/ |
