Actualy it's the best hotel ever i staied in, the size of the room is big and the bathroom is uniqe, the furniture is clean and the staff are lovely people and helpful

Sone taxi drivers don't know the location

Very nice and helpfull staff. Super breakfast buffet and good (free) wifi/internet connection. Spacious rooms. Very good lunch and dinner buffet. After spending aprox. 10 nights divided over trhree weeks oit feels (almost) like home.

Nothing concerning the hotel. As it is a new hotel, some taxi drivers do not know the location, but after consulting the operator, no problem at all.

Amazing service; excellent japanese and western cusine. Rooms are very big, comfortable and clean. Perfect location for business trip.

The road noise from the room is 24/7. They should have double glazed the windows. It is also hard to find with taxi drivers getting lost and having to phone the hotel for instructions.

My colleague had to rush to paris for a family emergency, so I cancelled his booking. But I still had to pay full price. Basically, I paid for two rooms instead of one

It's very difficult to find this hotel even for ChinesseTaxi Drivers. There should be any special map and instruction how to rich the hotel.

Good value for money. Clena room and good breakfast were impressive

the location was not so good, but it doesn't matter if you take a taxi everytime you go out. The deposit money was too big, though I paid for the rooms in advance.

The part dont like eventhough allready pay by husband credit card overthere still deduct from my credit card because booking room use my card, that means double charge. Have to go to bank to settle this double charge. Please check on this.

Super nice and brand new hotel, all facilities are very good. Breakfast is good, both Chinese and Western. Staff very helpful. Thumbs up for Tamara.

The Standard Room decoration rating is 6 star and very comfortable. I love it very much.

All the taxi driver in Shenzhen didn't know how to go there. Even you present the map and details hotel information. It must be doing better.

Nice modern designed hotel. 'Non Chinese'impression. Good rooms and very friendly and well organized staff.

Location is convenient, but no bar/cafe within some km.....and also no hotelbar available. Thats damn boring being under 45;)
