Very good location near city center. Almost noone can speak english even at the reception desk. Room service is not so good - when we checked in we had 1 dirty bathrobe hanging in the closet, which was replaced only on the 3rd day of our stay. Breakfast is nothing like european food, better go to McDonald's or Pizza Hut nearby.

Location is fairly good. Close to clothings wholesale markets. Expensive and definitely not worth the pricing. Hotel service was amazing poor. Breakfast at cafe was unedible. Will not recommend to anyone going to Guangzhou.

Near to the mrt station convenience for us to travel around. The hotel is facing the main road so good security After booking using my credit card via on line, I need to bring along the same credit card in order for me to pay at the hotel. I was having the view that it was already confirmed payment by credit card so that I do not have to bring more cash along. Next time I will bring along the same credit card to save all the inconvenience. However, there is a room for us to stay.

Iv been staying at Liuhua whenever im in China for the last four years and im very comfortable with the hotel. Its convenient for my shopping trips and at least some of the hotel staff speak and understand english! The bed was not comfortable at all! It felt like i was going to fall off . And the annoying thing was that i had asked for a room with one big bed but despite it being confirmed, i was told there was nothing available. I unhappy with the hotel staff because id specifically asked for a double bed as i was travelling with my husband and the booking had confirmed this.

The only thing the super cleanliness of room The did not have my selected room available. I was downgraded from an executive to a deluxe but I still paid full price for the downgraded room. No compensation for downgrading. I paid minibar bill two times but they just sAID mistake but cannot refund.

I've enjoyed my stay at Liuhua Hotel.It's very convenient to everything from shopping,eating, and banking. I did have some problems in operating the safe in my room.It is different from those safes in other hotels. I did managed to operate it easily. I have no hesitation to recommand to others to stay there.

Near subway and lady cloth market. The staff are very nice. They had upgrade room to executive rooms very very good. Convenience Togo to canton fair. They have Mc Donald inside the building.
