Xi'an Long Yue Hotel  

There were two bedrooms and one living room.

But the room was very dirty. The shower was not comfortable. The staff doesn't speak English.

Low cost was only good part about hotel. But probably not low enough considered total lack of services.

This was not a true hotel, but was a group of efficiency apartments being rented out as hotel rooms. The reception was in one of the rooms. No outside sign for the hotel, so taxi drivers could not find the place. It was advertised that rooms had a kitchen and a flat screen tv, but had neither. The kitchen and tv was in the reception area, not in rooms. Bedding was clean, but nothing else was clean. The bar soaps had been used and were rewrapped. Toilet had a smell all of the time, had to keep fan running to reduce (did not eliminate) smell. Shower was not clean. No maid service, no one cleaned the room or emptied trash our entire stay (5 nights). We tried to find another hotel to move to, but hotels were full due to national holiday. No drinking water was provided, we had to pay to get drinking water. The two owners/managers were friendly, but forgot to follow up on requests (such as getting a map and getting milk). This might have been acceptable if we had been near to city center/tourist destinations, but we were far from city center and there was no place to go at night. Definitely not for city visitors.
