Walking out around the hotel. The correspondence of the staffs were so bad. When I checked in and out, I had to wait for long time cause only one receptionist did it and nobody helped but there were another staffs behind the guy. |

The room was very comfortable. Two elevators for a 20 story hotel is a little ridiculous, especially since the staff all use the guest elevators; this means LONG waits to get up or down often times, sometimes up to 10 minutes just to leave, stopping on every floor on the way. That was my biggest complaint; otherwise, it was fine. |

good location, it is only about 15 mins walking to the people's square. but the street around the hotel could be rough at night. a little bit rough at night around the hotel |

Proximity to places of interest. First impression of the location, based on the entrance to the hotel, was not good. The towels were torn and threadbare. The carpet was dirty. The decorative throw on the bed was dirty, and it took 2 days for them to change it. Water was complimentary for one night only. Gym facilities were poor and there was no one in the room to assist with the use of the equipment. |

I am dissapointed because this hotel charged me double price. I stayed in Shanghai from 4.06.08 for 2 nights. The price was 118 usd. During check in guy told me that I have to pay. I gave credit card and he charged me 132usd. During check out I was told I have to pay 118usd, but I was already charged 132 usd. They explained me that 132usd was a deposit and money should turn back. But they did not. |

L'ottima posizione, al centro di Shanghai e vicino alla metropolitana, oltre alla sala computer gratuita a disposizione degli ospiti. La struttura un pò obsoleta, mal tenuta, la scarsa varietà di pietanze europee per la colazione ed i lavori per l'Expo 2010, che coinvolgevano l'ingresso dell' hotel in modo pesante. |

Die Lage ist perfekt, U-Bahn nur ein 3 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Innenstadt & Chinatown zu Fuss in 15 Min erreichbar. Ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Matratzen etwas hart, . Würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen! zzt finden Bauarbeiten zur Strassenseite hin statt, Frühstück könnte besser sein, ist aber immer noch aktzeptabel. |

Da Localização. Está a 10 minutos a pé do People´s Square, há sempre taxis a passar, e, por enquanto, existe ainda em volta uma zona comercial "de bairro" muito caracteristica, além da rua das "antiguidades". Fica também a 10 minutos de Xintiandi para quem queira restaurantes e espalanadas com ambiente ocidental moderno. O hotel precisa de manutenção urgente. Durante uma estadia de 7 noites nunca foi fornecida uma toalha de banho que não estivesse cheia de buracos! Dos 3 computadores do business center apenas 2 funcionam e muito lentamente. No suposto "ginásio", a passadeira está rasgada, a bicicleta emperrada, nunca lá vi ninguém... |
